Satchels of potatoes
The great potato famine is not coming back. And yet, I’ve seen some neighbors unloading giant satchels of potatoes from their trunks, so large they need a second person to help them lug them inside. Where are they even storing these? Or are they just going to eat nothing but mashed potatoes, homemade tater tots, potato gratin, homemade gnocchi, and hash browns until this is over? Actually, that doesn’t sound half bad.
