I personally take fish oil, magnesium, vitamin C, a multi-vitamin, zinc, iron, a digestive aid, and melatonin every single day. If I go without some of these supplements for even a day or two, I feel the effects. My digestive aid, for example, helps keep me regular, and the last thing I need during quarantine is to battle constipation.
