When you cook, cook in big batches, then portion out meal-sized amounts that you put in separate Tupperware. Know that, if you dip into Tuesday’s leftovers on Monday, even though you’re already full on Monday, on Tuesday, you’ll be left a bit hungry. You can either be perfectly satiated at every meal until these leftovers are out or you can over-indulge at one, leaving yourself hungry the next day. If this happens, don’t let yourself go out and buy a meal. Get in the habit of understanding, “I must eat my leftovers as scheduled.” Just make sure to reheat them correctly.
