Nicki Minaj has made it clear that she will be marrying her boyfriend, Kenneth Petty. On her Beats One show, “Queen Radio,” she said she would be married within the next 80 days last week. Now there is speculation that the Head Barb has made it official.

On her Twitter account,  the Queens rapstress changed her name in her bio to Mrs. Petty, leaving us to think that she has signed and submitted her marriage license that she revealed was already obtained earlier this week. On her radio show she said that they had “filed for the marriage license and we still had to pick it up and I was traveling, by the time I came back, we had to renew it again.”

Last week when she slammed Joe Budden while he was visiting her radio show, she referred to Petty as her husband. She said from that point on she wasn’t addressing male rappers that had an issue with her and they her husband would be doing that from now on.

The lovebirds went public with their relationship late last year after they reconnected after losing contact during their teenage years.  Petty’s past was dug up once Minaj began showing him off and it was revealed that he is a registered sex offender who had also been convicted of murder. Despite his past, the “Megaton” rapper still loves him the same.

The 36-year-old wants have a lavish wedding ceremony but doesn’t want to have it until her album is completed and released. But she doesn’t want to wait until then to tie the knot.

“I have to work on my album and I have a lot to focus on that I don’t want to do the big wedding now. We’ll do the big wedding later. I’ll be married before my album comes out, but will have my wedding after the album comes out. Before the 90 days is over, yes, I will be married.”
