Your Bae’s Texting Behavior May Indicate They Are Falling For You
Texting is one of the most used forms of communication between new couples. They are easy, convenient and a good way to check in with your significant other without missing a beat.
Even though texting is pretty casual, those little messages can indicate positive or negative changes in your relationship. We previously wrote about how your texting habits can signal a breakup, but they can also signal that your partner is falling in love.
Patti Wood, body language expert and author of SNAP: Making the Most of First Impressions, Body Language, and Charisma, told Elite Daily that how early your significant other texts you shows where you fit on the priority list.
“What you do first in your day and what you do last has the most truth in it,” Wood explained. “So, if a person’s first thought in the morning is to communicate with you — that says a lot.”
It’s also important to note how frequently they communicate with you
You can also tell how your honey feels about you by the type of conversations you both have. Even the small things can mean a lot.
“You might not realize it, but filling you in on even the mundane things — that’s significant,” says Wood. “Openly sharing information with you — without you even asking for it — there’s so much intimacy in that.”
Couples who are growing closer may even create a special language or inside jokes that are unique to your bond.
“If you feel like it’s unique to you and your conversations, that’s special because no one else would understand it — only you two,” Wood said.
Look out for these signs, it could mean there is more in your future for you and bae.
