Swap pasta out for spaghetti squash

Use spaghetti squash noodles instead of regular noodles. If you’re already having a vegetable pasta, then you’re getting one good heaping serving of vegetables. Or, you can use this as an excuse to add your meaty Bolognese sauce because you’re getting veggies in the noodles.
