Use raw veggies for your dip instead of chips

Instead of dipping chips into your hummus, bean dip, sour cream dip and the like, dip raw veggies in. Carrots, snow peas, celery, and jicama make excellent substitutes and you can eat as many as you want without racking up many calories.
