Hip-Hop Exec Mike Kyser Named First President of Black Music For Atlantic Group

(AllHipHop News) Veteran Hip-Hop executive Michael Kyser has been named the first President of Black Music for the Atlantic Records Group, label COO Julie Greenwald and CEO Craig Kallman announced today.   Kyser, who started his career in 1992 at Def Jam as national radio and DJ promotion rep, has worked with a who’s-who in the music industry, including Jay-Z, T.I., Flo Rida, Missy Elliott, LL Cool J and numerous others.  He left Def Jam in 2004, when Lyor Cohen and Julie Greenwald left the label to run Warner Music Group.
