Reggie Bush Starts ‘Nipsey Legacy Fund’ For Nipsey Hussle’s Children
In the wake of Nipsey Hussle’s death, many other celebrities have vowed to support to his family. Amongst them is NFL retiree Reggie Bush, who has donated $10, 000 to his children, his daughter Emani and his son Kross. Bush isn’t stopping there though. He plans to raise $90,000 more for them through a partnership with GoFundMe, TMZ reports.
“[Nipsey] touched a lot of lives in a positive way. He wanted to make a difference in his community, and communities like it all around the world,” Bush said about The Nipsey Legacy Fund. “As a tribute to Nipsey, I would like to offer support to his children, and all funds from this GoFundMe will be transferred directly into a trust that was created solely for his legacy, his two children, Kross & Emani.”
Nip shared his two-year-old son with girlfriend Lauren London and Emani from a previous relationship.
“We feel so blessed that we got to live at the same time with a spirit such as Nipsey’s,” Bush’s wife Lilat said in the announcement.
Bush hopes that his fans and friends also join this cause and make donations as well.
Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed on March 31st, 2019 in front if his clothing store, The Marathon. He was 33- years-old.
