What will revenues be? Who is your customer and how will you reach him? When will you pay yourself a salary? “You need to figure out if there is a business opportunity here or just an idea,” says Jonathan York, director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
