Wendy Williams recently opened up about living in a sober house after feeling like her sobriety was being threatened. Her courage to speak out about her personal struggles was admired and she received well wishes from other celebrities. However, 50 Cent had all but encouraging words for the daytime TV talk show host.
The Queens spitter took to his Instagram to shame Williams for her past with substance abuse and defame her.
“I knew some thing was up with this b—h,” Fif wrote. “It was the drugs. She better not talk about me, then go to the rehab every day Crack Head.”
Fifty is known for these types of insensitive posts and his fans have no problem telling him when he is wrong.
“You have money, fame, power but not an ounce of empathy or respect,” a follower said. “I pray that that will change one day before it becomes your downfall.”
While some feel he is being too harsh, some of his followers feel Williams deserves to be made fun of due to her being the gossip queen she is.
“I will never forget the way she told the world about Method Man’s wife having cancer,” one follower wrote about when Williams was a radio host. “I have not one ounce of sympathy for Wendy. Like I tell my daughter, treat others the way you want to be treated. This woman has made a career of humiliating others when they were at a low. Don’t throw stones in a glass house. Carry on @50cent. She is just getting what she deserves.”
Now that Williams is a hot topic herself, many find it hard to empathize with her because of the way she has dished dirt about celebs for the last two decades of her career. It is speculated that Williams is having trouble maintaining sobriety due to her marital issues. It is rumored that her husband, Kevin Hunter, has been carrying on an extramarital affair and that his mistress recently gave birth to his child. Williams has denied the rumors and has made it clear that she will not be filing for divorce.
