Juelz Santana and Kimbella cemented another milestone in their 10-year-relationship and tied the knot in a private ceremony on Thursday.

While the couple has yet to post any imagery from the wedding on their social media accounts, guests began recording the footage which included the couple’s first dance. Celebrity friends of the couple who attended the ceremony included Lil Kim, Santana’s Dipset brothers, Cam’ron and Jim Jones.

This season showed the couple as they work on their relationship through the trials and tribulations of Santana’s gun sentencing. The “There It Go” rapper was sentenced to 27 months in prison on December 19, stemming from the March incident where TSA agents found a loaded gun during an X-ray scan. He will report to prison some time later this year.

On November 28, during the Dipset reunion concert, Santana dropped to one knee to ask for Kimbella’s hand in marriage.

“This my lady. She’s been rocking with me for a long, long time,” the rapper told the Apollo Theater audience. “She stuck it out with a n—a through the ups and downs. I love you, baby. You’re my queen and I want to do this in front of everybody right here,” he said.

And after 10 years and two kids, many pressed Santana about why he didn’t take the plunge sooner.

And while weddings are usually a joyous occasion, Black Twitter just wouldn’t let them live. From joking about Juelz’s newfound lisp to the proximity of their marriage to Juelz’s impending prison bid, Twitter had a lot of commentary, speculation and questions. But there were those who wished the couple well, because it is supposed to be a celebration and one of the happiest days of your life.

With all jokes aside, congratulations the happy couple!
