Kenya Moore And Phaedra Parks Rumored To Return To ‘RHOA’ Amid Ratings Dip
Fans of former ‘RHOA’ peaches Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks could potentially make their return to their hit reality TV show, LoveBScott reports.
Phaedra departed from the show amid the fallout from the “Sex Dungeon” gate, after she allegedly leaked false information to co-star Porsha Williams about Kandi allegedly wanting to take advantage of Porsha.
Parks denied the allegations, telling People in May of last year, “It’s funny to think that I have any additional time to be caught up in gossip,” the 43-year-old told PEOPLE. “I have several jobs, as we know, and I have two small children. But I think everyone always has to blame someone.”
Kenya Moore made her exit after deciding to keep her love life and the birth of her child out of the eyes of Bravo’s camera crew.
“Everyone wanted to have Kenya back, but they wanted to have the old Kenya back — the one who isn’t afraid of the cameras,” a source close to production crew at Bravo reportedly told People July of this year.
“You can’t have secrets and be on reality TV. Especially when other Housewives are showing all of their lives — the good, bad, and the ugly. They need to see your life.”
But now insiders close to the show are telling BScott the stars are poised to make their return.
The site reads:
“Sources exclusively tell lovebscott.com that producers are already looking for ways to renew interest in the franchise and are ‘very likely’ to offer fan-favorites Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore a chance to return in some capacity.”
Porsha and Kenya were replaced by model Eva Marcille and former Blaque singer Shamri DeVoe who is married to Ronnie Devoe.
Rumor has it the OGs are being considered for a return because of an alleged dip in ratings for the ‘RHOA’ franchise.
