If you watched the most recent episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta on Sunday, then you probably saw Eva Marcille go wedding dress shopping and be joined by NeNe Leakes and Marlo Hampton. Now, Hampton has come for Marcille quite a bit since the latter was given her official peach, but the shade couldn’t have been more real than when she told the former top model that a dress she was interested in would be perfect for her if she lost some weight.

“I just need 10 pounds off,” Hampton told her.

It was a lot, and even Leakes had to jump in to tell her friend that she wasn’t one to talk about weight:

But in a clip from the after-show, Marcille had no problem speaking up for herself.

She and fellow newcomer Tanya Sam talked about the clip in one scene while Leakes and Hampton spoke on it in another.

“It was supposed to be NeNe and I, and it became NeNe and friends,” Marcille said. “Of all the people to surprise you shopping, she brings Marlo. There were definitely some choice words.”

Leakes defended her choice to bring Hampton by saying that the fashion-forward friend of the cast helped her pick out the right pieces for her own wedding.

“I knew Marlo knew fashion because Marlo helped me with my wedding and the looks that we should have,” she said. “I knew she had a good eye.”

But while one came to be as supportive as possible, the other came to tell it like it is.

“NeNe, she loves girls. She’s a girl’s girl. She wants everyone to come around and be happy,” Hampton said. “Eva comes around and she’s being nice to Eva: ‘I don’t want to hurt her feelings.’ I’m like, ‘Why the hell you not calling her out?’ She’s f–king lying. The dresses look awful.”

Marcille, however, said Hampton had a lot of nerve speaking on her weight. For the record, Marcille had recently given birth to son Michael, Jr. (Hampton said that wasn’t an excuse though: “That ain’t yesterday, that’s 13 weeks ago”). And according to her, she is tinier than her co-star and constant critic will ever be.

“I was smaller than Marlo at my heaviest than Marlo was at her smallest, but she thinks I need to lose 10 pounds,” she ‘clapped back’ during the after-show chat with Sam. “The circumference of her a– is the size of this table. I reminded her of that there ’cause I guess she forgot putting her pants on that morning. It was so weird. I think NeNe realized we were getting a little bit off track and she went ahead and brought it on back and reminded Marlo that she could use an Atkins or Keto diet herself.”

Marcille previously said in a Bravo blog post that she didn’t understand Hampton’s issues with her, especially comments made about her style. Hampton prides herself on the way she dresses and her designer labels.

“I don’t know why Marlo keeps coming for me. Furthermore, why is everything so shallow?” Marcille wrote. “This is not my first time at the rodeo. I’ve been getting paid for beauty and fashion since I was 18; I got my first cosmetic contract with Cover Girl at 18. Don’t get me wrong, fashion and beauty is great, it just does not define me.”

As far as Hampton’s thoughts on her bridal gown choices, the ones Marcille tried on for her co-stars weren’t the dresses she actually wore on her wedding day when she married Michael Sterling in October. She wore a Daughters of Nonyelum gown to say “I do” in, and a Galia Lahav dress to dance in at the reception.
