Earlier this week, Cardi B broke the news that she and her husband of over a year, Offset of the Migos, have called it quits. In an Instagram video, the “Money” rapper revealed that they “grew out of love.”

A few days later, a model named Summer Bunni offered a teary-eyed apology to Cardi, saying she “never meant to break up a happy home.” In a video sent to TMZ, the 20-year-old said she didn’t know how serious their marriage was and that she has not been with Offset since the birth of child with Cardi, Kulture Kiari Cephus. Throughout the video she expressed remorse for her actions, saying she felt “ashamed” that she played a role in the demise of their union.

“To Cardi B and her fans and her family and to her situation, these was never my intentions. I never wanted to break up a happy home, to be the cause of someone just saying ‘f**k it.'”

Now that the two are separating, she has realized the error of her ways and that she have not been with a married man.

“I have not spoken to Cardi B, but I would like her to know that I’m a very genuine person, and I’m not here to break up her family or mess up what she has going on with her husband. …I’m sorry I didn’t think about my worth as a young lady,” she said through the tears. “I just hope she can overcome this… I know her and Offset actually do have love for each other.”

She continued to speak out about the affair via Instagram when she saw the “social media frenzy” it caused.

Summer Bunni has released a song that was inspired by her affair with the “Ric Flair” rapper. She told The Blast that she wrote the song over the summer while she was experiencing “mixed feelings” about him. In the song titled “Don’t Matter” she sings, “You stay lying ni**a straight to my face/What did you call us/What did you see/All the bitches be laughing all at me/I hope you play this shit when you all alone/So you can think about why I’m really gone/F**k the gossip f**k the tea/I’m the one that you really need.”

Throughout their relationship, Offset has been accused of infidelity. Cardi got herself into some legal trouble after she alleged ordered an attack on a Queens, NY bartender who was allegedly trying to sleep with her husband.
