(Chicago Tribune) — A new study by a Chicago-based company found that Toronto is the world’s least risky city for companies to recruit, employ and relocate workers.

Chicago narrowly missed the Top 10, placing 11th out of 90 cities worldwide. New York came in No. 2 and Los Angeles, No. 10.

Other cities rounding out the Top 10 in Aon Consulting’s “People Risk Index” were Singapore, London, Montreal, Zurich, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam.
