There are some activities—or rather foods and beverages—that we know will make us bloated. If I’m sharing a pitcher of beer with a friend, I expect to be bloated and I plan my outfit accordingly. If my period is around the corner, I know that the days leading up to my period, the days following it, and the days during it are all fair game as far as bloat goes. But if you’re someone who believes you follow an anti-bloat diet, and you don’t partake in some habits that can cause bloat, but you’re still finding yourself bloated each day, you may need to look into some of the more hidden causes of this uncomfortable condition. Kombucha is beneficial to those lacking healthy bacteria in their gut. It can introduce good live cultures that help you break down food.
