Try the colon stretch

The part of your intestine that wraps around and reaches your rectum is on the left side of your body. For this reason, it can be helpful—when you feel like you need to release more feces but can’t—to gently stretch the left side of your body to stimulate your colon. Simply put your left arm over your head, reaching for the wall to the right of you, and stretch.
