Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex XXXXX on October 17, 2018 in Dubbo, Australia. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are on their official 16-day Autumn tour visiting cities in Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

Meghan Markle is delighted about her pregnancy news, but she’s also pretty tired.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in Australia for their first major official trip as a married couple, and while there, they took part in a conversation about mental health with a group called OneWave. The surfing group, as well as Meghan and Harry, sat on the beach as everyone shared their experiences with mental health issues. People also took part in yoga and surfing activities.

Speaking of yoga, one of the OneWave members, Charlotte Connell, who is expecting too, had the chance to talk to Markle about her pregnancy and how it’s going so far. She was lucky that she received a response since pretty much everything shared about or by the couple is usually communicated through Kensington Palace.

“Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,” Connell told Sky News. “She said she was up at 4.30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep.”

Meghan has always been a big yoga enthusiast, and her mom, Doria Ragland, is a yoga teacher. The 37-year-old told Canada’s Best Health magazine in 2016 that she enjoys doing yoga a few times a week, her favorite type being hot yoga.

“Yoga is my thing,” she said at the time. “My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven. I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.’ In college, I started doing it more regularly.”

It was announced that Meghan and Harry were expecting their first child on October 15, after countless rumors swirled based on the Duchess’ attire choices recently.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” Kensington Palace tweeted. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
