(Atlanta Business Chronicle) — Food trucks are taking to the road in metro Atlanta.
A popular trend on the West Coast, food trucks have gotten in gear locally, albeit just first gear.
Yumbii, which offers Korean barbecue tacos and burritos, pulled pork sliders and other limited fare, is one of the first food trucks in metro Atlanta, getting the Atlanta Police Department’s first food truck street permit.
Yumbii started its food truck business about two months ago, said owner Carson Young, after about a year of research and work.
