During the filming of Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story, George Zimmerman began sending threatening messages to Jay Z, who was the executive producer, and his wife Beyonce according to The Blast.

In the messages, he called Queen Bey a “broke whore,” and actually threatened to kill the power couple.

The messages, which were sent to private investigator Dennis Warren who worked on the series, read:

“And I’m bringing hell with me.

Oh yeah and tell Jay-Z he’s a b**ch and his wife is a broke whore.

If I see either of them in my life, they’ll find themselves inside a 13 foot gator.”

Zimmerman reportedly also sent threatening messages to the co- executive producer Michael Gasparro. Zimmerman messaged him with his own address listing him know that he knows where he lives and that members of a notorious organized crime family were looking for him.

Back in May, Zimmerman faced misdemeanor harassment and stalking charges for “willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follow, harass, or cyber stalk  Dennis Albert Warren,” according to court documents.

Warren helped to find people to be interviewed for the docuseries. Hev reportedly received hundreds of threatening messages and voicemails from Zimmerman.

The final episode of the docuseries airs on September 10th at 10pm on the Paramount Network and BET.
