We can’t say enough good things about Jada Pinkett Smith‘s mom, Adrienne. Aside from being a great co-host for the hit Facebook show Red Table Talk (we want new episodes now!) and a stunner at 64, the beauty is also in impeccable shape. That’s probably because of all the hard work she puts in at the gym. That is indeed where the magic happens.
Adrienne gave us a peek at her workout regimen this week, posting a video on her Instagram of her doing some strength training. She took us to the gun show, going through upright dumbbell row reps with her trainer Charles Harris:
Jada reposted the video on her Instagram and said, “Why is Gam Bam puttin me to shame???”
It’s great to finally get some insight into the healthy habits Adrienne practices, because she’s been slaying in terms of her physical fitness for years while remaining pretty mum about how she ended up so fabulous. Who could forget the picture she shared in a two-piece bikini, abs popping earlier this year?
And let’s not forget that time she had everyone’s jaws on the ground when Jada shared an image of her mom coming out of the ocean in another teeny bikini a few years ago:
When speaking on Adrienne’s toned frame, Jada said that she just hoped her mom passed those fit genes on down to her.
“I have good genes, don’t I?” she said in 2017 about her mom’s epic bikini photo. “Yeah, she rocks one better than me. And you know when your own mother can put you to shame, I’m like, I don’t know if I gotta get back in the gym. I don’t know what I gotta do. I just told her, I said, ‘All that right there, just make sure you passing all those good genes down here.'”
Looks like Adrienne certainly did!
