(Black America Web) — Maureen Dowd, the feisty columnist for The New York Times, started this business. In a recent op-ed piece, she said President Obama’s White House is “too white.” It’s so white, Dowd feels, that Obama needs to create the job of “Director of Black Outreach” for the White House. That job, Dowd further opined, should go to Shirley Sherrod.
