Ingredients: Prep time 5 minutes, cook time: 15 minutes
4 – Angus beef patties (1/3 lb.)
1 – teaspoon of salt
1 – teaspoon of black pepper
1 – teaspoon of onion powder
On a clean prep board, season your 4 patties on both sides with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Next, lay them on your grill grates over direct heat for roughly 5 minutes. Flip your burgers and cook them for an additional 5 minutes or until they reach an internal temperate of 160-degrees Fahrenheit. When your burgers are well done, remove them from the grill. Wrap them with foil and let them sit for another few minutes so the seasonings can set in. While you wait – toast your hamburger buns on both sides until golden. Unwrap your burgers and add them to the buns. Next, add all your fixings like tomato and lettuce and don’t forget your condiments such as ketchup and mustard.
