Before or after kids, singer Ciara has always been in impeccable shape. This is particularly true when it comes to her legs. Maybe it’s all those years of dancing (it takes some great core and leg strength to hold that Matrix pose) or her extensive workouts with a trainer to get back to pre-baby form, her calf muscles are always popping, her thighs are strong, and overall, her pins are the ultimate goals. For the record, CiCi told PEOPLE earlier this year that after having daughter Sienna, she started training up to three times a day, so that might be why those legs are nothing to play with.

“I would wake up, breastfeed, then get Future ready for school,” she said. “Then after I take him to school, come back and work out. Then after I work out, breastfeed and go back and get Future from school. Come back and breastfeed, then go work out again.”

The 32-year-old’s hard work shows, whether she puts on a pair of stilettos or throws on some sneakers for her favorite tomboy looks. We must learn her ways!
