Shop The Cutest Looks From The 2018 ABC International Upfronts
On Sunday, May 20th, celebrities flocked out to the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California, for the 2018 Disney/ABC International Upfronts. Of course, there were a slew of stars that graced the red carpet, but we had our eyes set on a few stylistas who showed up and showed out. Their looks were so pawpin’, we needed the inside scoop on how we could recreate all the looks, on multiple budgets. Below, find a few selections on these adorable fits (with 99% of these things I’m putting in my shopping cart as we speak.)
Pink is such a springtime color, it deserves its own wardrobe staples and styles. If you want to rock a pink pantsuit like Yara, why not cop these killer $890 straight-leg cropped pants and a $2,700 silk-satin blouse from Gucci?
If you’re trying to spend a bit of coinage, you can actually get the exact outfit Yara wore. Shahidi rocked a 2-piece pink set from Victoria Beckham’s latest collection, her $318 woven top and $309 slim-leg pant effortlessly paired with white trainers, and a light pink makeup to match. Yesss!
Now if you’re just going for a bubblegum look to rock when you’re out with your crew, Topshop has this BOMB denim jacket and high-waisted skirt set, which retail at $140 together. Now, you may be thinking $140 isn’t saving, but considering you can pair the jacket with a ton of things in your wardrobe, as WELL as the skirt, that seems like an investment to me.
Chloe x Halle
While we couldn’t find their exact look, we couldn’t help but swoon over this neon orange against Halle’s skin. So we couldn’t help but spot this $1,395 Roland Mouret asymmetric midi dress for our closets, perfect for formal events or just nights you’ve got to get your corporate CEO on. Then we just had to snag this $318 Tibi silk dress that’s perfect for springy days and sleeveless (which, when you get hot very easily in the warm weather, is the best right?).
To go for a fun 80s spin, you can purchase this $57 House of Harlow 1960 azalea top, which has a wrap design and a ruffle trim. Of course, nothing beats a high-waisted front slit pencil skirt that goes with everything, either.
If you want to strut in a green floral crop top like Chloe, you can snag this $10 Monki shirt from ASOS. And while not exactly the same, you can go for a white and blue ruffle skirt from Gap for only $48, easily a reusable piece in your spring wardrobe. Or this $36 crop top and pants set that’ll give you the red vibes of Halle all day and all night.
For a sexy red lace version of Halle’s look, you can totally rock this $60 midi skirt from Missguided, paired with the equally beautiful $43 bralette. There’s also this snazzy $58 crop top and skirt set from Forever21 which gives us off-the-shoulder, cozy vibes.
If the off-the-shoulder vibe is totally your wave (trust me, it’s mine as well), then you can strut all your stuff in this $1,240 Safiyaa one-shoulder midi dress. Because yes, it’s just that fabulous.
For a mini dress option that’ll give you 70s off-shoulder puffy sleeves, this $26 ASOS dress is not only perfect for a night out, but comes up to a size 14!
And hot pink midi dresses are for all of us wanting to be spicy and feminine, just like this $59 Torrid skater mini dress with an elasticized waist, ruffle hem, and bell sleeves. And if you’ve got a fancy event to attend (or just want to stunt because why the hell not?) this ruffle gown from Vince Camuto is not only stylish, trendy, and navigable, but it’s moderately affordable (hey, $248 is great for an evening gown) and has a sweetheart neckline which looks good on all frames. WERK THOSE ANGLES BOO!
Who had your favorite look while on the red carpet? Let us know below! Personally, I’m going for them all — I’ve totally been in love with pink for the spring, what about you?
