Get The Look: Tia Mowry Shows Off Her Post Baby Bod In This Zara White Shirt Dress

May 22, 2018  |

Who else is ready for spring and spring style?! With the warmer days slowly on the horizon, the first thing you’re probably wondering are key pieces you’ll need in your closet. Well, one of my favorite things to wear are long white-shirt dresses, and over the weekend, Tia Mowry showed off her post-baby body in a cute one from Zara:

Not only did she give this basic white dress a pop of color with some hot pink, strappy sandals from Nicholas Kirkwood, but she also gave us summer hair vibes with two braids going back and falling into cascading curls. Chic!

But of course, her look is easily able to be redone with a few additions to your wardrobe. Pop out for spring!

A white button-up dress is super easy to find, and a timeless staple you can dress up or dress down, depending on the look you’re going for.

If you’re more in the mood for a synched waist, Nordstrom’s T-shirt dress is chic and timeless, which warrants the $95 price ticket. Of course, if you’re into a belted look for the waist but also love a bit of ruffle or line work, FRAME has a beautiful linen dress that is sure to keep you cool and chic for the summer. If you’re looking for a white dress to wear on vacation, more with a bell sleeve and without the buttons, then my go-to choice would be this $245 Marella Caftan dress, which has a nice price amount to it, but when you think about it — would you ever need another one?

For a bit of room and a cut that hits slightly above the knee, you can go for this $32 ASOS option that allows for rolled up sleeves (my favorite.) If you’re looking for a plus-size version, ASOS has that too! You can pick up the same dress (more or less) from the brand at the same rate here.

Of course, you can play the outfit up with a few more accessories, like an interesting belt. This $40 Boohoo dress is made for petite frames but has a fun navy-and-white polka dot belt to pair with it. If you’re like me, who loves a good spring dress with no shape, then you can also check out Target’s white linen dress, which is around $45 and is great for curvaceous girls who aren’t trying to show off all the curves at once!

If you need a few plus-size options, then Ashley Stewart’s $49 peplum dress is not only lightweight, but also sheer and with a high-low cut, oh, and the best part — pockets! And if you’re into a bit of a splurge but also for some ruffles, this $110 Eloquii dress is literally perfection for those days you just need something quick and easy. And hey, if you don’t even want to rock white but just love the shirt-dress vibe, this $30 striped option from Amazon is definitely one that is size inclusive and cute for all types of shenanigans you may want to get into.
