On this week’s episode of Listen To Black Women we discussed Social Media #Goals and how they influence our self image. And in a candid interview with Yandy Smith, Shameka Sanders talked to the reality star about how she balances social media with reality. The Love & Hip-Hop mainstay told her:

“There are many struggles but do I want the world criticizing and judging and having an opinion about everything I have going on? Y’all criticize enough. If I give you something, I’m going to give you what I want to give you. I give you truth I give you when I’m missing him. I give you when I’m struggling with certain thing. But there are certain things that I feel like are for me.”
