Watch The Trailer For Michael B. Jordan’s New Film Fahrenheit 451

In addition to the upcoming Creed sequel, Michael B. Jordan has attached himself to a couple of upcoming science fiction projects.

This past Fall, we told you about two of them, Raising Dion on Netflix and the HBO film Fahrenheit 451.

Based on the renowned 1953 novel by Ray Bradbury, the film is about a future world where “media is an opiate, history is outlawed, and firemen burn books.”

Jordan will portray the role of Guy Montag, a 30-year-old fireman who dissatisfied with his life, which he regards as empty and unfulfilling. He turns his back on his teachings, challenges his mentor as he attempts to regain his humanity.

Ramin Bahrani co-wrote the most recent adaptation with Amir Naderi, and will serve as the director for the film. Jordan will executive produce through his company Outlier Productions.
