Start to list all of your favorite foods that you absolutely cannot give up. Although, there will be a compromise on ingredients there are plenty substitutes to “veganize” your preferred meals. She suggests having fun with your meal plans and begin to customize each choice.

“Get involved with a community,” says Mya even if it’s only via social media. Check out what other recipes people are posting and sharing then use that as inspiration to put on your plate. Because of course she says, “ We eat with our eyes.”
