To begin ladies, lets take his advice on what not to do to ensure we’re properly prepared to get started. Feeling tense and need to let go of some added stress? “Don’t do it in a physical kind of way, “ warns Corey. By hitting and punching on things such as boxing to alleviate frustration as a result can cause injury to yourself. He’d suggest taking a jog, walk or even screaming as a better choice. Another mistake made when it comes to weight lost is setting unrealistic goals. “It’s a marathon not a sprint, “ encourages Corey. “One step at a time is the easiest thing to do.” Final advice on what to avoid while working out is not be a “jack of all trades”. Don’t confuse your body with multiple workouts that can become ineffective and ultimately discourages you to quit the workout all together. “Right before you quit, if you wouldn’t have quit, you would have seen a change,” Calliet promises.

Arm exercises should focus on squeezing, elongation of the muscles by extending your arms and consistently sticking to at least three exercises each for biceps and triceps.
Want those chiseled abs? Well, according to Calliet, “Abs aren’t made in the gym, they’re made in the kitchen.” Eating balanced meals with carbohydrates, fats and proteins is the most effective way to achieve the abs you want. Cutting out sugar, fried foods and items like soda and replacing with more water is the secret to losing the most amount of fat.
Finally, how bad ladies do you want that side view picture popping!? “If you want ass, you gotta squat,” says Corey. Exercises such as squats, leg presses and frequent lunges will lift your butt.
