(Atlanta Voice) — For the first time in Atlanta’s history or any other city’s for that matter, the public got a chance to grill nominees vying to become the city’s next chief of police.

On June 3 at Atlanta’s civic center, Cedric Alexander with the Transportation Security Administration of the Department of Homeland Security, Louisville, Kentucky’s Chief of Police Robert Crump White, and interim Atlanta Chief George Turner sat in front of hundreds of citizens and fielded a plethora of questions for over 90 minutes.
