Everyone has some fitness goals for the new year, and the race to reach them continues, even for the stars. Like the rest of us, they have to find time to make fitness a priority, and this week, many of your favorites did just that. In case you were wondering, Tisha still has the moves. She took part in and taught some choreography for a new track she released called “Don’t Wanna Be Alone Tonight.” Killed it!
