Tamar Rocks A Pixie Cut On The Cover Of Upscale
It’s been a rough couple of years for Tamar Braxton. Personally, professionally, and even physically, the singer has been through more than a few ups and downs, battling blood clots in her lungs, losing her role on The Real, and filing for divorce from Vince. But despite how many things threaten to beat her down, Tamar always gets back up and the 40 year old is now facing her own reality, as she told Upscale magazine.
The baby Braxton is the cover star for the mag’s February issue and when she shared the photo on her Instagram page, she captioned it with “Matthew 17:20.”
The scripture, which is well known, reads, “He replied, ‘Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.’”
It’s not hard to see why that verse would be a guiding principle for Tamar who also debuted a new look with the issue. The normally long and blonde songstress traded in those tresses for a short black pixie cut that definitely fits her new outlook on life.
