(Atlanta Journal Constitution) — With less than a month to go in the 2010 fiscal year, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed said the city looks to be “$10-$15 million” in the black. Reed announced the savings Tuesday morning at a meeting with the Atlanta Committee for Progress, an advisory cabinet of major Atlanta business leaders.
