Here Are A Few Ways To Deal With Seasonal Affective Disorder AKA Holiday Blues

Research has shown that exercise is also an effective method to fight depression. A workout causes your brain to release endorphins, which are  “feel good” chemicals that help to boost your mood.  I can attest to this. After running two miles or doing a cardio workout for 30-45 minutes, I feel accomplished, proud of myself for getting through it and I’m in an euthymic mood.  During a time of time of the blues, heading to a workout class where you can have a sweat sesh and be social can also have a positive affect on your mood.
