(Atlanta Journal Constitution) — Despite being warned an inspection was imminent, 60 shops at the Mall of Georgia were found Monday to be operating without business licenses, Gwinnett County police said. Police cited each business for violating a county ordinance, and “applicable fines will be determined by a judge at a later date,” police spokesman Officer Brian Kelly said.
