Last week we told you that actress Tamala Jones called out RHoA star Porsha Williams over rumors that Porsha is engaged in a hot and heavy romance with Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of Equatorial Guinea. Though Porsha quickly came forward to clear up the rumors, she must not have come forward quickly enough. In no time, Tamala released a statement calling her out.
“Miss Porsha Williams … Now you know you should shame the devil & tell the truth! U grew up in the church & lying was never [ok] … You may have a man, but the one you’re claiming belongs to me! Check your pr or your head but don’t step on my toes,” Tamala tweeted.
After receiving a hail storm of criticism for not only dating a dictator’s son, but stooping to fighting with a woman on social media over a man, Tamala addressed why she found it necessary to call the newly divorced reality star out.
“I came at Porsha to prove she lying,” Tamala told an Instagram follower who came to her defense. “They don’t need anymore heat on how the country’s money is spent, especially when someone is lying about it I wrote to you because you stood up for me & thank you for that. God bless you.”
The “Castle” actress also defended her relationship with Mangue and Equatorial Guinea.
“I don’t care about money…I care about people. Who I date is irrelevant, what I do is. Equatorial Guinea has had a bad rep 4 too long .. I spend time there donating to the 1st ladies school 4 children .. I’m also planning to build a women’s & children health center .. Nobody ever shows the positive .. This country is beautiful & the people are not starving, their public housing is better than some people’s homes in the US .. I wish people would go see things for themselves instead of reading bs!!”
Interestingly, after remaining silent regarding Tamala’s attempt to call her out, Porsha finally responded.
” @TamalaJones TMZ came up with the story take it up with them and your man. You seem cool stop embarassing yourself #notinterestedinhim.”
“@TamalaJones Please stop tweeting me. DM me so I can teach you how to release an official statement to claim your man. #childish.”
Tamala’s publicist Mo Greene then responded to Porsha.
“@Porsha4real Hello Porsha, this is @tamalajones Publicist. Your Latest comment was very unnecessary. My client has not mentioned you in any negative regard. Please refrain from any publicity antics you are trying to pull. My client is a very well-known and respected actress and wishes not to be pull into any media or television drama. TY have a great Day.”
Last night, we saw that NeNe and Marlo, who were once great friends, fell out because Marlo tried to squash the beef between Kenya and NeNe. Remember in high school–or maybe middle school– when your friend gets a new enemy, they expect that person to be your enemy as well? Apparently, Marlo didn’t know the rules and the two ended up beefing on the last episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
And the beef continued on Twitter. Yesterday, after the show aired, NeNe tweeted “There’s rules 2 friendship.”
Marlo responded and things went left from there. There was name calling, shade thrown and truths exposed.
See how it all went down.
Now, let the record the show, NeNe was the one who started with the shade, calling her Manlow. And then Marlo took it and ran with it…and clearly won that battle.
Like mother like son. Looks like Tamar wasn’t lying about that whole bullying thing. Apparently, the son of a woman who used to bully Tamar in high school tried to embarrass the youngest Braxton sister on Twitter.
Whole time my mova beat the shit out of @TamarBraxtonHer in HighSchool
— Aris (@AIR_ris__) December 11, 2013
And surprisingly, Tamar responded:
— TAMAR BRAXTON (@TamarBraxtonHer) December 11, 2013
Life is a FULL circle!
— TAMAR BRAXTON (@TamarBraxtonHer) December 11, 2013
High school was pure HELL! I was picked on,pushed around, blamed 4 things w/people I didn’t know (sounds familiar)? Things DO change.HOLD ON!
— TAMAR BRAXTON (@TamarBraxtonHer) December 11, 2013
Can we count the number of things wrong with all of this? I mean first of all what woman brags about bullying someone back in the day? Like why is your shining accomplishment making someone else’s high school experience hell? And obviously, she’s not teaching her son to do any better. I guess some things never change. A part of me really doesn’t even want to report this story because the young fool is too geeked to be getting this much attention from Tamar and websites like this one. The thing he probably fails to realize is we’re only talking about this to show the level of immorality that exists on the internet. Looks like we can add bullying to the list of generational curses.
And please believe people read the hell out of the young man for coming at Tamar. We don’t want to promote what we’re condemning but if you look at homeboy’s mentions, you’ll find he did not go unpunished.
Ya’ll already know Solange don’t take no mess. And so when fellow musician and collaborator, Dev Hynes came for her on Twitter she was quick to shut him down. So, what happened between these two? Well Solange worked with Dev on her EP’s single, “Losing You.” Many credited him as being “the man” behind her sound. But Solange took to Twitter to straighten a few things out saying Dev didn’t play as big a role as people assumed.
And after Solange said that, Dev to to Twitter to air out his beef… not mentioning her name though. He keeps it classy. Catch the shade he threw in the posts below.
Well, Solange didn’t agree with his claims and fired off a few of her own responses on Twitter.
I can’t do nothing but laugh at all of this. It wasn’t messy but Solange certainly wasn’t going to let him get away with slandering her name. Plus, you all know how it is when somebody hits you with that “straight to voicemail.”
Back in August we told you about beef that has been brewing between K.Michelle and her new Love & Hip Hop cast mate, Erica Mena. It’s still pretty unclear what started the beef, but judging by VH1′s newly released trailer, K has been pretty vocal about her thoughts regarding Erica’s lack of talent in the music department.
“You gon’ put your career on the line for a b**** that sound like a goat?” K asks Erica’s former manager and on-again, off-again boyfriend, Rich Dollaz, in the new season’s trailer.
Clearly bothered by the “V.S.O.P.” singer’s comments, Erica took to Twitter with claims that K was too afraid to even shoot scenes with her.
K, responded by taunting Erica about her interesting singing voice.
And Erica, of course, clapped back with more threats.
“Birds always chirp. But you leave trash in the trash can. Until you can go buy you a voice at Target. Until you can get that together, don’t come for me. You need to stay in a h*e’s place,” K said of Erica last month during an interview with Power 105.1.
On another note, is aanyone else wondering when Love & Hip Hop became Erica’s show?
I think it’s safe to say that we all saw this coming, but in case you weren’t sure, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada says her friendship with costar Tami Roman is pretty much a done deal.
“We don’t speak, we don’t text, we don’t talk. I don’t have anything negative to say about her, she’s just not someone I choose to have in my life, that’s just how I feel,” the 37-year-old Brooklyn native told Global Grind.
She also addressed a scene from the current season where it looked like her dispute with Tami would come to blows, but she remained calm.
“Some of us made efforts to change because there was a lot of controversy with last season. And then, all that happened in my life. It just forced me to look at my life and kind of calm down. I’ve done therapy and life coaching. I’m just not in a space to be arguing with you because I have a finger up, like it’s not that deep to me,” Evelyn said.
“I have other things going on and I made a conscious decision to change, so I’m not going to show my a** and look like a fool because I’ve done a lot of that.”
Evelyn also suggested that Tami overreacted to their disagreement.
“I think 99.9% of the viewers [didn't understand why she got so mad]. I’m just choosing to leave that alone. We filmed, we had a great run. It was fun to film with her at times, she brought a lot to the show. But as far as like a friendship, she’s not someone I would want to be my friend.”
And there you have it.

50 Cent is known for starting fights on Twitter, but he appears to have utilized Instagram to instigate his latest social media brawl. His target? An ex-girlfriend of Floyd Mayweather, who goes by the name of Queen Princess. While it’s unclear triggered the Queens rapper’s attack, he kicked off his parade of insults by sharing a photograph of the woman and writing the words: “THOT Alert” onto the image. Oh, and for those of you wondering what a “THOT” is, it’s just another slang term frequently used to describe a woman who makes her rounds. In the image’s caption, 50 accused the woman of hooking up with both Floyd and his good friend Ray J.
“I GOT FLOYD, I GOT RAY J At the same damn Time,” he wrote.
The insults only continued when the 38-year-old rapper shared a photo of Ray J with a caption that read:
“@Floydmayweather don’t feel Stupid some of them belong on a TRACK that’s all”
To add insult to injury, 50 shared a message that Floyd recently shared via his Instagram page, which many believe is about QP.
“When you take a broke person out of the slums and give them a chance at bettering themselves, in due time, their true colors will eventually reveals itself. That’s why they say, leave trash in the garbage for bums to dig through because you will find yourself hanging around garbage so much, you’ll forget how rotten it is,” Floyd wrote.
Messy, messy, messy. 50 has got to be one of the biggest celebrity cyber bullies on the ‘net. QP has yet to respond to 50′s verbal lashing.
Yesterday former frenemies Rihanna and Teyana Taylor got into one of the biggest celebrity Twitter wars in history. Cryptic messages and subliminal tweets went out of the window when Teyana decided that she’d had enough of her former friend and began calling out the “Diamonds” singer by name. In case you missed it, the huge blowout was initiated by Rihanna, who for some reason, felt the need to post a video poking fun at Teyana’s singing abilities. In no time, the ladies were going at it. This of course, wouldn’t be the first time that Rih Rih has taken to social media to attack a fellow singer with her mean girl antics. Today Teyana called popular New York radio station, Hot 97, to discuss the feud. During her interview, Teyana revealed that Rih Rih’s stab came totally out of left field.
“I don’t understand this either,” Teyana said of Rihanna’s random attack. “I’ve been in the studio, minding my business, staying focused or whatever. And one day, which was yesterday, I randomly was on my Instagram page and I had heard that she made a video. I went to Twitter, someone sent me the video and I just thought it was really harsh,” she continued.
Teyana went on to say that she’s 100% sure that Rihanna was coming for her when she posted the video.
“It’s like, you got a dude singing “Caught Up In The Rapture Of Love,” with big hair, a snapback and some Jordans on and I just sung that a week ago. It ain’t no coinky dink. For her to go and put out a video like that, it ain’t no coinky dink. “Caught Up In The Rapture Of Love” ain’t a recent song. She knew what she was doing.”
The New York City native also blamed Rih Rih’s die-hard fans, better known as her “Navy,” for condoning her cyberbully rampages.
“I know her very well. Her fans allow and condone her behavior. She does this to everybody. It’s not always fun and games all of the time. You do it, you get away with it. You tried me. You clapped and I clapped back. That’s what that was. You didn’t think it would go as far as it did, but you can’t do that to everybody. Sometimes you’re going to bark up the wrong tree.”
Though she complimented Rihanna for her musical talents, Teyana argued that being talented doesn’t give a person a free pass to be a bully.
“I think she is a cyberbully. I really do. I think she has dope music, I’m not no hater. Dope music is dope music. She’s a pretty girl, but that don’t mean that you can just bully anybody. It don’t work like that.”

Earlier this month we told you about Azealia Banks’ angry Twitter rant against Lady Gaga. In case you missed it, the 22-year-old “212″ rapper called out the singer-songwriter for stealing her “newfound” style from underground artists such as herself. Some have speculated that Azealia’s anger was ignited after Gaga’s management team cut her from the “Born This Way” singer’s new “Ratchet” track, but that has yet to be confirmed. Now Azealia has yet another bone to pick with Gaga.
In her latest rant, Azealia accused the 27-year-old songstress of stealing the song title “Red Flame” from one of her demo tapes, which is strange, since “Red Flame” was supposed be a collaboration between Gaga and Azealia.
@ladygaga make sure u let them know where u got the title for red flame from. U stole that from the demo I sent u.
— AZEALIA BANKS (@AZEALIABANKS) September 17, 2013
She then told Lady Gaga to keep the song title as a freebie, but warned that she’ll be charging over the next stolen idea.
“Life is great. You can have it. Plenty more where that came from. Seriously. . . This one is free. Next time I’m charging.”
So yeah, I know Azealia is like the boy who cried wolf when it comes to Twitter rants, but do you guys think there’s any validity to her claims? Does Lady Gaga strike you as a “track-jacker?”
Last week we happily told you that it looked like Love & Hip Hop star K.Michelle was ready to squash her year-long feud with R&B rival Tamar Braxton. Many of you predicted that although K was ready to bury the hatchet, Tamar wouldn’t be willing to put their beef in the past. Boy, were you guys on the money. During a recent interview with The Jasmine Brand, Logan’s mama made it clear that she’s not really interested in making up with the “V.S.O.P” singer.
When asked about K.Michelle’s recent attempt to extend an olive branch by “bigging” up Tamar’s album on Instagram and informing fans that she planned on purchasing it, Tamar responded:
“I don’t know who that is. I didn’t see that.I don’t know. I don’t follow anyone on Twitter and then the person has been blocked from my Twitter for two years so I don’t know how they figured I keep talking about them – I don’t want to talk about this.”
What she was willing to talk about however, was her new album, Love & War.
“The most challenging thing putting this album together is not getting caught up in my voice, and making sure that I was in love with every single song because it was a smash record. And that was purposely done because you know, I never thought that I would have this opportunity again so I looked at it as I’m on death row and this is my last supper, and I want to make this album everything I can possibly make it.”
She also discussed the fate of her new daytime talk show, The Real.
“I’m expecting a decision soon [about whether or not it will be picked up]. Ultimately everybody else got their decision, my answer’s. I don’t know yet but you know, I actually really do enjoy ‘The Real’ because on ‘Tamar & Vince’ you see me as Vincent’s wife, on ‘The Braxtons’ you see me as the youngest Braxton sister. And on ‘The Real’, I think you get a really good glimpse of Tamar – the real girl-friend. You know what I mean? And so I really enjoy that show because I love all those girls – they’re so great and I just hope it gets picked up because I can’t wait to see it…”
You noirettes are too on point! Do you fault Tamar for not wanting to make nice with K.Michelle?
