Those of you who are anticipating Robin Roberts’ return to Good Morning America will have to wait a bit longer.

Sources have informed TMZ that the beloved morning show host will not return to the show until May or June 2013.  The show sources say that returning too soon with so many medical issues is too much of a risk to take for her immune system.

But don’t fret: the mid-year return is actually a good thing.  Roberts is making great progress since her bone marrow transplant and this puts her right on track.  As a matter of fact, Roberts posted the above picture on Saturday to mark her 100 day “anniversary” since the transplant.

Neither Roberts nor GMA are happy with the “late” return, especially since GMA execs know that a return will likely boast huge ratings in their morning show fight. GMa and NBC’s Today are consistently in a ratings battle, one that GMA has found a way to win for the past few months.

In the meantime, we can keep sending well wishes to Roberts. On her Twitter account, she always thanks her fans for thinking of her and sending tweets, cards and anything else they can get to her on her road to recovery.

We can’t wait to see you back on television regularly, Robin!

It’s better to be beautiful in Hollywood, but some celebrities take it over board and go for the “knifed up” look (cough-coughLil’Kim).  While others prefer more subtle augmentations to their faces and bodies to “advance” their careers.  Show biz puts a lot of pressure on physical appearance and some of our favorite starlets have bought right into it, trading in their old noses for new, more svelte sniffers. We’re only speculating, but these ladies either have gotten the job done or have hired a master make up artist who specializes in contouring. You be the judge of which of the 8 celebrities below did or didn’t get a nose job!

Surgeons Know How to Cut Prices Too

(Smart Money) — Michael Foley had a feeling it would be difficult to get a bargain price for an endoscopy, but just getting a quote from his local hospital turned out to be a surprising hurdle. According to the 49-year-old contractor from Freeland, Wash., the hospital declined to discuss specific prices on the phone. It did agree to send a range in writing, and quite a range it was: from $2,360 to $22,290, excluding physician charges. “If we all billed like that, we’d be millionaires,” Foley says. (A Whidbey General spokesperson says the hospital gives a broad price range for surgeries to cover complications that may occur.)
