Evening Eye Candy: Romeo Miller

Source: iamboigenius.com
With a little inspiration from tonight’s episode of “Single Ladies” and the enthusiasm of our Twitter page, I was inspired to show love this week to Romeo Miller, who sure ain’t “Lil” no more. It’s interesting to think that some years ago, he was a little boy trying to make a Bow Wow-esque rap career happen with the song “My Baby,” but he’s all grown up now and seems to have women twice his age swooning (including a thirsty Kirstie Alley). If you want evidence of why the 22-year-old New Orleans native has it going on, check out our eye candy gallery for a lot of it!
First Look At Another Tyler Perry Production: ‘Madea’s Witness Protection’
Tyler Perry has three projects slated for release in 2012, and with “Good Deeds” already in theaters, Tyler is getting ready to debut film number two, “Madea’s Witness Protection.”
The film stars TP as Madea of course, and American Pie funny man Eugene Levy as George, “a high level CFO at the center of a Ponzi scheme in New York City who is enrolled in the Witness Protection program along with his family in the one place that absolutely no one will think to look for them: Madea’s house down South.”
Starring alongside Levy are Denise Richards, Doris Roberts, Danielle Campbell, and Devan Leos as his family, and Tom Arnold will play his business associate. As a supporting role, Master P’s son Romeo will play Jake, a friend of Brian (an attorney also played by Tyler Perry who places the family in Madea’s care) who was affected by the scam. John Amos and Marla Gibbs also co-star as Jake’s father and Madea’s neighbor, respectively.
Once this film drops June 29, Tyler will go on to focus on his 15th film with Lionsgate, and the third of this year, Alex Cross, which is due out in the fall. Next year, he’ll release “The Marriage Counselor” with Jurnee Smollett. Check out the trailer for “Madea’s Witness Protection.” Do you plan to see it in theaters?

Master P’s Daughter Lands a Show on Nickelodeon
Master P’s daughter is following in the footsteps of her older brother, Romeo, by landing her own show on Nickelodeon.
Fifteen-year-old Cymphonique Miller will star in “How To Rock,” debuting Feb. 4, and the network already has plans to make her the pop phenome of 2012. To promote the show, they’ve created an eight-part video about the teen and the song, “Only You Can Be You,” which she sings in the first episode of the series, is already available on iTunes.
Margie Cohn, Nickelodeon’s president for original programming, said they’re hoping Cymphonique will be “a big, fat, giant hit.”
Master P on the other hand was a little hesitant about putting his baby girl in the spotlight.
“I tried everything in my power to stop this girl because this can be a hard, sick business — really easy to get taken advantage of,” he told AllHipHop.com. “I guess you can’t hold raw talent back.”
With her father by her side, Cymphonique should be able to keep a good head on her shoulders. It’s great to see a young black girl headlining a show on a major kid’s network. Are your children fans of Nickelodeon?
