Back in March, a California woman by the name of Andra Vaik filed a police report claiming that Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Rob Kardashian assaulted her and stole her property. Now, TMZ is reporting that Vaik has also filed a lawsuit against the 26-year-old reality TV personality.

The way the story is being told, Vaik works for a photography agency and she was waiting around a West Hollywood fitness center, hoping to get a shot of a shirtless Rob after his workout session. When Rob realized that Vaik snapped shirtless photos of him, he allegedly lost it, snatching the memory card out of the camera. A rep from the agency also said that Rob fled the scene with the memory card in his hand and promised to pay for it later. The backstory is that Rob was in the middle of a weight loss program and didn’t want unflattering shirtless photos of himself to get out. Now we hear that Vaik is suing Rob over the incident.

“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified,” Vaik’s attorney told TMZ.

Rob has previously defended himself against the allegations, saying that Vaik was trespassing on private property because she was hiding out in the gym’s parking garage. Witnesses have come forward saying that Vaik was in fact in the garage, hiding out in her car. It is still unknown how Vaik was able to get pass the security gate to hide out in the parking lot.

Rob has been on a weight loss journey for some time now and hopes to drop 40 lbs by the 4th of July.

“I lost 5 to 7 [pounds]. I’m trying to lose 40. It’s a little journey, but it’s good. . . I’m like 240 right now, probably 235,” he told Us Weekly during a March interview.

Whenever a celebrity first gets on, they, naturally, always want to introduce the people around them to the life of luxury they’ll soon be accustomed to. Some people get a house, others get cars, but then there are some family members and friends who make freeloading a way of life once someone they know starts getting paid. You know, they stop working like they’re they ones bringing home the bacon. Here are some of the worst offenders.

Lamar Odom’s Father

Lamar Odom’s father should be ashamed. He hasn’t been a part of his son’s life for decades. But as soon as he realized what he’s been missing, he returns with his hands out. That’s very tasteless. This poor old man was begging on TV for tickets to the game and whatever else he could stiff Lamar on. Lamar is being played because as everyone says,” you only get one father”.

Remember a few months back when we told you about Rob Kardashian going bananas on Twitter about Rita Ora after their split as a romantic item? The rant was pretty disrespectful whether the claims he put out there about her were true or not (since adults shouldn’t expose people’s sexual lives on social media…or at least they shouldn’t), and included him saying she slept around on him with 20 guys, and ended it with such statements as, “How can a woman who is so busy trying to start her own career have time to be with so many dudes all while in a relationship?!”

“I never actually thought it was a relationship in all honesty. I never mentally defined it as boyfriend/girlfriend. When I split up with him, I said, ‘It’s because I’m never there, I don’t know how to do it.’ That’s all I said, then … the rest happened. He obviously felt that creating myths was the way forward.”

“When you are involved with someone for a while and they decide to express their feelings to the public, well, that’s not my personal way of therapy but I guess everyone takes split-ups differently. You should have to sit an exam before you go on Twitter. To see if you’re mentally stable.”

Everyone has been on Kenya Moore’s back about fabricating her relationship to get on the Real Housewives of Atlanta,  but while it’s fun to hate on Kenya and that attitude of hers, let’s not act like she’s the only person that might be frontin’ a relationship for publicity’s sake. When Rob Kardashian took to Twitter to rant about how his now ex-girlfriend Rita Ora cheated on him with 20 dudes, my first reactions weren’t, “Rob, oh you poor baby” or “That Slore!” No. My first thought was, “Dude, get a grip!” It’s funny how most of the comments I read on social media sites that covered this “story” seemed to echo my same sentiments – that Rob was pretty much acting like a sissy who needs to stay off of Twitter and get over it. He did have some sympathizers but for the most part, folks thought he was acting like a little bit of a “girl.”

Sure, anyone who airs their dirty laundry on a social media site may be considered unstable, overly emotional or plain crazy – but women seem to get more of a pass with this type of behavior than men do. There are certain traits that can be considered gender specific, and a man scorned on a Twitter tirade is not considered to be masculine by any stretch of the imagination. Some women even blamed Rob for being cheated on, saying if he were more of a man, she might not have strayed. It’s not right, and it can be said it’s a double-standard, but sometimes we just don’t expect a man to be this “emotional.” Most women, whether they admit it or not, desire an Alpha male, and they’re are not always easy to spot at first glance. If you’re unsure if you’re dating a man or a mouse, look out for these signs that he just might be a punk.

On Monday we reported that Rob Kardashian went on an all out Twitter rant where it seemed that he was blaming his ex-girlfriend Rita Ora’s infidelity for the couple’s recent split. In the tweets he proceeded to expose the unnamed woman for sleeping with “20 dudes” while they were together. Considering the fact that the these tweets came only days after word of the couple’s split had been making its way around the rumor mill and that other details included in the rant seemed to accurately describe the British pop sensation, almost everyone assumed that she was the woman he was referring to. However, it seems that today the story is taking a new turn. In a recent interview with Glamour UK, the 22-year-old songstress opens up about her relationship and breakup with the Robbie and according to her, they broke up because of the strain the distance was putting on them and their relationship — not that she would own up to sleeping with 20 random men or anything.

“I’m not going out with Rob. We were close for a while, but it didn’t work because I was never there. I was like a ghost. I used to get so frustrated with myself and then wonder why I was angry, so I decided it was best to keep it friendly — especially at the moment, when there’s so much going on.”

She also revealed that she was never in love with Rob.

“In 22 years, there’s been nothing. I have had young fascinations but never love. I think it’s my only weakness. I’m scared of letting my guard down, and if I feel in love with someone now, he’d have to try ten times harder to break it down.”

Rob also seems to be doing some backtracking as he recently took to his Twitter page to claim that he was talking about Rita in his emotional rant the other day.

“Just so we clear I never once mentioned “Rita Ora” in any of my tweets or even used the word “wh*re” and I never would. I respect women.”

“I speak truth. I’m a very real dude and everything I say I mean… But never called anyone specific a wh*re and said any names. You all did.”

“Sad that the media created negativity for a young artist new to the game that is working so hard to make it. Never mentioned any names.”

Right, whatever Rob. I’m no Olivia Pope but my gut tells me that Rita’s lawyers tore Rob a new one for being a sour puss and making false accusations about her because his little feelings got hurt and now he’s trying to pull his foot out of his mouth. Pull your skirt down, Rob. Your panties are showing.

Sisters of celebrity men often don’t have to do much to get a little media attention, particularly if they’re attractive in the conventional Hollywood sense. But for brothers, it’s not quite so easy. Even if the guy is decent looking or even talented it seems to be understood that it’s not cool to ride the coattails of your sister(s)’ success, so often these less-popular brothers end up becoming obscure non-mother-effing factors so to speak. Much like it can be a little intimidating for a man to be with a woman who is the breadwinner, it’s not easy being the semi-tried to be famous-sibling of a bigger celebrity. Bottom line, you get no love. Check out the bros who’ve been getting played.

Two questions come to mind immediately: what happened to Serena and why is Drake always attached to a video girl? I know model chicks sort of come with the territory but Drake seems to be running through them like water.

A rep for Dollicia Bryan, who already has a pretty big rep of her own–and not a good one–confirmed to the YBF that she and Drake are dating and that they spent the holidays together. Just a few days ago rumors were flying that Dollicia was hooking up with her arch nemesis Kim Kardashian’s soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries, but I suppose this confirmation kills that.

Some of Dollicia’s past lovers include Bow Wow, Rob Kardashian, and Hill Harper (say it ain’t so)–I guess the girl is versatile if nothing else. Maybe Common still has a chance of getting Serena back after all.
