They Want The Fame: Memphitz & Toya Talk Love, Guns & K Michelle In New Reality Show Trailer

It would seem that Toya Wright just can’t get enough when it comes to the fame. She and husband, Mickey “Memphitz” Wright are shopping around a new reality show “Crazy In Love.” In the trailer we watch as Toya and Memphitz describe their love for each other, in addition to the crazy incidents or drama that’s been associated with their names as of late.
Of course it’s really just Memphitz who’s been associated with some madness. Like the K. Michelle accusations and him bringing a gun into the airport.
Despite the drama though, I have to admit that the two come across as very charming. Memphitz is obviously the energetic, funny one. And Toya is more laid back and reserved. It’s kind of cute.
Check out snippets from their interview and then watch the sneak peek on the next page.
Why Toya loves Memphitz
What I love about Mickey is his personality. He’s very bubbly. He loves his family, he loves his kids. He’s also a hard worker. He’s just fun to be around, very positive. And that’s spiritual side of me that was missing. We are like soul mates because we’re opposite. We are like soul mates.
Why Memphitz loves Toya
I love that she’s independent. She has her own story. She has her own business. She just has her own. It’s just crazy, she does not need me. So I have to watch how I deal with her because it’s not a normal girl that I’m dealing with…
About that gun in the airport…
This particular gun was in her car and the kids were getting in the car, keep the guns away from the kids of course. I take the gun out of the car and put it in my bag. Get in the car…we’re rushing to the airport. She’s in front of me. She goes through security perfectly. All of a sudden the line stops, so I look at her and she’s like, ‘It’s a gun.’ And I’m like ‘Who got a gun?’
Toya: I’m like you fool.
I’m not getting you out again.Memphitz: Oh yeah you are. When you put this on *flashes ring* come get me.
Working on their marriage
Toya: I’m trying to still get used to being married because it’s always been about me and my kid. And now my husband always says I’m like Johnny Gill.
Memphitz *Breaks into “My My My.”* That’s all she says. That’s mine. Get that off of my blanket. What you doing in my bed? It’s not yours, it’s ours.”
K Michelle
“I gave her a shot at stardom and she would never listen. She’s crazy. I didn’t do it. She’s lying. I didn’t do it. That’s all.”
Well, there you have it. But there’s more.
Watch the two of them discuss finding a new assistant for Memphitz (because his baby momma wasn’t going to do anymore), and their attempts to have a new baby on the next page.
Onika Tanya Maraj, Harajuku Barbie, Roman Zolanski And All Of Nicki Minaj’s Alter Egos Are Getting A Reality Show
Someone point me to the remote.
We really shouldn’t be surprised at this news, except for the fact that most celebrities don’t usually do reality shows until their fame has subsided. But in classic Nicki Minaj style of doing things her own unique way, the hip-pop star is rumored to be getting her very own reality show right now.
Perez Hilton, who recently interviewed the rapper dropped the news after their one-on-one, saying:
“Apparently, according to sources close to Her Minajesty, she forgot to mention one tiny little project in the works:
A REALITY TV SHOW!
That’s rights, we’re hearing EXCLUSIVELY at PerezHilton.com that all-Nicki series will be premiering on the E! network!”
In reality (the one we live in) the idea is totally genius, which is why I’m curious if Ryan Seacrest is behind this. But think about it, Nicki has a good five or six strong alter egos. Most celebrity reality shows give you one person, with Nicki it would be a toss up who we would see on the screen on any given day. To be honest, I just may be tempted to tune in and see if Onika actually shows up.
What do you think? Would you watch Nicki’s reality show?

Reality TV Repeat Offenders: 8 People Who’ve Been On Multiple Reality Shows
Whether anyone likes it or not, reality TV is here to stay and for as long as there are cameras, there will always be someone ready for their close up. The following personalities are repeat offenders. One reality TV show just isn’t enough to satisfy their thirst.
Karlie Redd
Karlie is a lot of things and one of them is persistent. She’s been trying to make it happen for many years and hasn’t missed an opportunity. In 2010, Karli got a spot on VH1’s show, “Scream Queens.” The reality show was looking for an actor to star in the latest entry to the Saw franchise. She got eliminated but got the exposure. These days, Karli’s on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and still looking for her chance and a producer for her music, even if she needs a clue that the singing career is just not gonna work…

Forget an honorary doctorate, Aretha has her sites set on another accomplishment, being a judge on a reality TV show singing competition. The only problem is she’s not getting any offers.
In an interview with the Chicago Sun Times she said,
“I would love to be a judge on one of those shows. But I don’t understand why singers like myself, Gladys (Knight), Natalie (Cole) and Patti (LaBelle) can’t be judges.
“We never get a call. I don’t understand it. I watch those shows all the time. Some of the talent is very good. Some of it is fun. And some of it is really wild.”
You can’t say she doesn’t have a point. Other than the obvious age demographic shows like the “X Factor,” “American Idol,” “Duets,” “The Voice,” etc. are trying to cater to, when you read about someone like Britney Spears, who can’t sing at all, getting $15 million dollars and walking off set the first day, or hosts ogling over women like Nicole Scherzinger and even Kelly Rowland (no shade), who have had mediocre solo careers in comparison to Aretha and them, you have to have a”huh” moment.
The fact that Aretha is said to have a bit of a diva attitude may not be helping her case, but we all know these shows aren’t really about finding a great singer, it’s about finding someone who is marketable. Unfortunately Aretha, Patty, and Glady’s talent would just be wasted on shows like these.
What do you think? Should reality singing competitions be knocking down Aretha’s door?

Adrienne Bailon and Julissa Bermudez Land Reality Show, Yay or Nay?
I never knew Adrienne Bailon and Julissa Bermudez were good friends but these BFFs will be starting in a new show together on the Style Network as part of the channel’s new original programming.
The show, titled “Empire Girls,” will “follow the two ladies around New York City as they try to takeover the world of show business and find love and happiness all by the time they turn 30.”
Necole Bitchie points out that both ladies have had very public relationships—and breakups. Adrienne Bailon appeared on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” when she was dating the sisters’ brother Rob, and years ago Julissa was involved with NFL pro Larry Johnson. Since Adrienne just signed a music management deal with Ne-Yo, we’ll have to see what turn her career and love life take as a result.
The Style Network is home to one of my favorite reality shows, “Tia and Tamera,” so if this series is anything like it, it could be worth a watch. “Empire Girls: Adrienne and Julissa” airs June 3 on the network. Will you watch?

In Ratchet News: Anthony Cromartie’s 7 Baby Mamas Want A Reality Show
Eight women have actually given birth to 10 children by 28-year-old New York Jets player Anthony Cromartie, but since he married the last one, only seven are actually “baby mamas” and those are the ones who want to air their business for the sake of reality TV.
This ratchet love octagon has caught the attention of a TV production company that wants to create a reality show about these 19 individuals “trying to co-exist as a modern family,” the NY Post reports. The baby mamas, who are scattered across California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and New Jersey, are all on board, saying they’ve created a bond with each other as mothers. But perhaps in the smartest move of his life, Anthony has said no. Anthony’s wife, who is the mother of two of his children, isn’t on it either. She took to Twitter to let her thoughts on the situation be known:
“We had no $ i loved my husband and I married him for that sol4 purpose ny post really tried 2 make a graph & its still wrong
The gold diggers are the ladies seeking financial gain from a show based off there kids i would never want any part of that
our family is not ur ideal family but we make it work.. If these women would b more concern about there kids & not them self
Nonetheless when ur cleaning hotel rms a reality show would b ideal but i’ll let them dream about it & watch me live it
Without the lies I’ll tell u anything u want to kno just ask me.. Ive always been an up front person.. Oh yea we are expecting twins in NOv”
The graph she’s referring to is this Brady Bunch-like chart the publication created detailing Anthony’s journey spreading his seed from coast to coast. Though a source has said the mothers of Anthony’s kids could use the money from the show (considering he had to get an advance on his NFL pay to keep up with child support) they also want to document their “journey.”
Ryan Ross, a hotel employee in Los Angeles, who dated Anthony for about six months and delivered his fifth child, loves the idea of the show.
“We’re not catty women. We have a close, tight-knit friendship and understand what each other’s going through. We reach out to share news about the kids, to talk, to vent.
“Our kids need to know who their siblings are. It’s bigger than our past with Antonio. It’s about our children.”
As long as Anthony says no to his children being filmed for reality TV the show will not go on, which is probably a good thing. I think reality TV has replaced sex tapes as the new “get rich quick” scheme.

The Game Recap: Putting It All Out There
There was no place to hide for “The Game” stars during last night’s episode. Malik Wright sought out refuge from his addiction in a cramped bathroom stall, Melanie tried to conceal the truth from Kelly Pitts in the VIP section of a club, and Tasha Mack was forced to come face-to-face with past feelings in a swank restaurant—confrontation found just about everyone during the attention-grabbing episode. Let’s check out Episode 6 highlights:
