Martin Luther King Did Not March For This — Or Did He? Lil Scrappy Gets Obama Tattooed On His Stomach

Source: Instagram
In ratchet news (or not so ratchet news depending on how you feel about it), ”Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” reality star Lil Scrappy recently demonstrated his patriotism and love for the nation’s 44th President Barack Obama by strolling into a tattoo parlor and having the artist on duty draw on a rather large image right in the middle of his stomach. What was the tattoo of you ask? It was a rather unique image of a one hundred dollar bill with President Obama’s face smack dab in the middle of it.
While some felt his new work of body art was yet another demonstration of the Atlanta rapper’s ignorance, others are seeing it from a live-and-let-live perspective. Basically, Scrappy is expressing his love, respect and admiration of America’s first African American President in his own unique way.
I personally don’t know how I feel about the stomach tat, but I suppose there are things far more outrageous that people (celebrities included) get tattooed on themselves on a regular basis. As you allow your brain to take a stroll down ignorant tattoo memory lane, be sure to remember the crazed fan who got that Drake forehead tattoo or even Gucci Mane’s silly ice-cream tattoo, which he conveniently had put on the right side of his face. We won’t even mention Lil Wayne, Tyga or Souljah Boy. And what about the people we know in our own lives? I cringe every time I think about this guy I used to date who went out and got this enormous Moet & Chandon bottle tattooed on his larger-than-life stomach as if he had some sort of stock in the company or something. Actually, now that I think about it, I’d say there are far worst (and ignorant) things Scrappy could’ve gotten tatted on his stomach.
What do you think Lil Scrappy’s latest tattoo?

Ratchet News: Drug Smugglers Mold Cocaine Into Fake Manolo Blahniks
I always say drug dealers are just intelligent people — who are misguided. A few cocaine bosses in Spain just proved me right once again after they smuggled cocaine from Colombia to Spain in the form of fake Manolo Blahniks. This worked for years.
According to the New York Post, the operation was run by a Colombian man and his wife, who molded paste-like cocaine into the shape of shoes “carefully sculpted to look like the high-heeled, luxury women’s footwear” and placed a Manolo Blahnik label on it. When the fake shoes arrived in Spain, several men would be in charge of returning the paste to its original white powder form and distributing the drugs.
The Telegraph said each coked-up heel had a street value of 50,000 euros a pair, or about $69,000. I don’t even know how people come up with these ideas but they certainly get points for creativity.
I wonder if the shoes were cute.

Ratchet News: Women Decorate Home with Neighbor’s Stolen Furniture
Can you imagine coming home and finding that your apartment has been broken into, all of your things have been cleared out, and when you go next door to ask your neighbor if she saw anything, she’s chilling with your stuff?
That’s what happened to Rosemarie Morales the other day. When she walked into her neighbors’ place to tell them about the robbery, Crystal Jones, 20, and Angela Pittman, 26, were sitting on her stolen couch. A dining room set, coffee table, and desk that belonged to the Morales were also in their apartment.
As crazy as this sounds, another neighbor in the complex, Darius Lurry, said he’s not surprised at the women’s bold move: “We’re in Memphis. That’s all you can say. You got to get it how you get it now.”
Note to self: Don’t move to Memphis. I can’t even imagine my reaction if this happened to me. What would you do?

Ratchet News: Woman Attacks Father Over… Potato Salad
When Karen Henry tells you to pass the potato salad, you better do it. The 45-year-old Florida resident was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault after she allegedly attacked her father for refusing to share his potato salad last week.
According to CBS Tampa, the woman became enraged, wielding a knife against her 80-year-old father and verbally abusing him. Henry’s father, Hubert, defended himself with a chair before running to his bedroom for safety.
When police arrived, Ms. Henry tried to trick the officers, complaining of abdominal pain. After allowing her to be treated at Florida Hospital Flagler, police caught her on the phone begging her father to drop the charges against her. They then hauled her off to the Flagler County Inmate Facility where she is being held without bail. I can tell it’s going to be a rough Thanksgiving at the Henry household. Too much.
