A friend close to the family of late actor, Michael Clarke Duncan stopped by his grave in Hollywood Hills to leave flowers for her deceased friend when she noticed something very odd about the Green Mile actor’s tomb, TMZ reports. There was a cartoon-looking black face figure attached to the middle of Duncan’s tomb. The friend says she believes cartoonish character is supposed to be “Sambo,” a children’s book character from the late 1800′s, early 1900′s. Sambo” later became known as a racial slur and an offensive depiction of Black people.

The family is outraged that someone would defile their beloved Michael’s final resting place in such a way and have contacted the LAPD concerning the matter. We hear that the case may be handled as a hate crime. Authorities are currently investigating the situation and Forest Lawn Cemetery staffers have removed the figure.

Duncan’s relatives say they won’t rest until the culprit is exposed.

Omarosa Manigault recently appeared on The Wendy Show where she discussed her lawsuit against her Celebrity Apprentice co-star La Toya Jackson, following Jackson’s insensitive claim that she probably killed her late fiancé, deceased actor Michael Clarke Duncan. During the interview, Wendy also distastefully asked whether or not The Green Mile actor left anything to her in his will. Omarosa responded:

“Let me just tell you that Michael was just the most incredible, generous soul and probably the most shocking aspect of this is that he did want to make sure that I was cared for, very, very well.”

Michael’s sister Judy, however, is implying that Omarosa wasn’t as shocked as she may like the public to believe and that she actually had a lot to do with how much was left to her in the late actor’s will. Judy Duncan revealed to TMZ that she has hired a lawyer to investigate the drastic change in her brother’s will, which occurred in April of 2012, only months prior to his death. While it’s not exactly rare for a person suffering from health troubles to want to make sure that their affairs are in order, Judy dropped the bomb, informing the public that the alterations made to the will named Omarosa as the main beneficiary. Judy went on to say that she believes her brother was “not of sound mind” when he made this decision, as he hadn’t been himself, had slurred speech and had been stumbling around as early as December 2011.

Judy also says that while Michael was on life support, Omarosa was obsessing over his money. Following her brother’s death, Judy revealed that the Celebrity Apprentice star really pushed the family over the edge when she sold some of his personal items like his watches, cars, awards and his The Green Mile director’s chair without even informing them.

Omarosa insists that Judy is just money hungry and looking to see what she can squeeze out of her.

“I don’t control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!” she told TMZ.

And in case you were wondering, Michael left Judy $100,000.

We told you yesterday that La Toya Jackson wasn’t too happy with being the one booted from Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday, and after feeling duped by her former team leader, Omarosa Manigault, Jackson had some harsh words for her:

“Omarosa’s fiance passed away not long ago. He had a heart attack – I’m sure she gave it to him.

“She’s a conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke … and I thought Mr. Trump wasn’t falling for that fake cry. Such a lie!

“When I met her I knew she was a snake, I should have handled her a little differently: They will always bite you.”

It’s a rare celebrity nowadays that can rest in peace.

Just three days after actor Michael Clarke Duncan passed away, a woman has come forward claiming she is the Academy Award nominee’s secret daughter.

His family isn’t buying it though.

According to RadarOnline.com, the 32-year-old woman’s name is Marqay Ambrose and she says she hasn’t talked to her 54-year-old father in at least eleven years and knows he has never said anything publicly about having a daughter. “The only thing that really bothers me about him passing,” she told Chicago’s WFLD-TV, “is that we didn’t fix it. That’s the only thing that I hate. I hate it, but it doesn’t bother me that I’m not mentioned.

Michael’s family believes this woman is only trying to extort his estate for financial gain, saying she told them she wants “what’s mine.”

Sources close to Duncan told RadarOnline.com that the family doesn’t know this woman and are questioning why she came forward after he died.

“Michael did date Marqay’s mother, but he believed he was not her father,” a source close to the late actor told RadarOnline.com. “He was in the hospital for 53 days, and she never once reached out or tried to talk to him then. It was the DAY he died that she started calling his mother saying ‘I want what’s mine’ and trying to get money from her.”

The source said Michael’s relatives are shocked that this woman is making these claims after his death.

“She seems very opportunistic to be making the calls now, especially to his 93-year-old mother on the day her son died. Why wouldn’t she have tried to visit him after he had his heart attack? Why didn’t she try and reach out to him while he was alive? It all seems like she just wants money and didn’t ever care about having a relationship with him.”

Radar reached out to Marqay Ambrose who denied trying to extort money from the family.

Unfortunately, you can’t put a secret love child past anybody these days, but the timing of this admission is suspect. On one hand, the family saying they didn’t know about her doesn’t mean she isn’t his daughter. On the other hand, the fact that she is coming forward now as opposed to when he almost died back in July is odd. Where is her mother? Maybe she is the one who told her daughter that Michael is her father. There are ways to prove paternity even after the alleged father is deceased — especially considering he isn’t in the ground yet.  If Marquay is in fact the actor’s daughter then she stands to inherit at least some of his reported $18 million dollar net worth.

Michael is survived by his mother Jean, his sister Judith, and his fiancee, actress Omarosa Manigault who says she is devastated by his death and that he was love of her life. The family is holding a funeral service for him on Sunday.

Nearly two months after suffering a heart attack, and about a month after being moved out of the intensive care unit, renowned actor Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away at the age of 54.

Duncan passed away at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where he had been since the incident in mid-July. A statement from Duncan’s rep Joy Fehily said he:

“Suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered. [Omarosa] Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.”

Just this spring, the 6-foot-five Academy Award nominee appeared in a video for PETA describing how much healthier he was since becoming a vegetarian three years earlier.

“I cleared out my refrigerator, about $5,000 worth of meat,” he said. “I’m a lot healthier than I was when I was eating meat.”

According to TMZ, Duncan and Omarosa were planning to wed this January.

Michael and Omarosa kept the engagement a secret from the media … only telling very close friends and family about the pending nuptials.

Omarosa is reportedly pretty torn up about her fiancee’s passing, believing that he would eventually recover after his heart attack. We’re definitely sending our prayers to her and the rest of his family.

Almost one month after suffering a heart attack, Michael Clarke Duncan has finally been moved out of the intensive care unit, his rep Joy Fehily has said in a statement.

“Michael Clarke Duncan suffered a myocardial infarction the morning of Friday, July 13 and was stabilized soon thereafter. He was just moved from the Intensive Care Unit, but remains hospitalized. His family are firm believers in the power of prayer and have asked that you keep him in yours during this time.”

When news of the 54-year-old actor’s heart attack was reported last month, Omarosa was said to have saved the life of her boyfriend of two years that day. According to the NY Daily News:

Paramedics responded to a 911 call around 2 a.m. July 13 and rushed Duncan from his house in Woodland Hills, Calif., sources told the Daily News.

Omarosa found the ailing actor and performed CPR until medics arrived, TMZ.com reported.

Fire officials wouldn’t confirm her alleged heroics but said paramedics were at the house more than 40 minutes before taking one patient to a local hospital.

Omarosa tweeted about Michael’s imporving condition on Friday, saying:

“Everyday GOD continues to smile upon my luv Michael Clarke Duncan on his arduous road to recovery.”

Though Michael still remains hospitalized, hopefully he’ll be able to continue his rehabilitation from home soon, and be back in movies in no time. We’re wishing the best!

Sounds like Omarosa can add “life-saver” to her resume! Today she is being hailed as a hero for saving her boyfriend’s life.

According to TMZ:

Michael Clarke Duncan is in the intensive care unit at an L.A. hospital after going into cardiac arrest this morning … and might have died if not for the swift action of his girlfriend Omarosa Stallworth.

TMZ has learned … Omarosa discovered the “Green Mile” actor in a state of cardiac arrest just before 2:00 AM.

We’re told Omarosa performed CPR and was able to resuscitate the 54-year-old.

MCD was transported to a nearby hospital where he was immediately admitted to the ICU.

Sources tell us … Duncan’s heart rate is now stable and Omarosa is by his side. Doctors are performing tests to figure out why the actor’s heart stopped in the first place.

The 38-year-old reality show star turned ordained minister began dating the actor in 2010 after meeting him in the produce department of Whole Foods.

Unfortunately, Omarosa is no stranger to tragedy. Her father was murdered when she was just seven years old. This past October, her brother was murdered by his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend.

When she was on Apprentice, she gained notoriety for her controversial behavior. E! Entertainment Network named her  Reality TV’s No. 1 Bad Girl. She’s been on 20 reality shows since then and has always contended that she isn’t as bad as she is portrayed by manipulative editing.

Now that she has saved her boyfriend’s life, can we consider her villainous reputation overshadowed?
