‘Take Your Meds:’ Gabrielle Union Publicly Snaps On Alleged Dwyane Wade Groupie
Yesterday, the calm, cool and collected Hollywood actress that we know as Gabrielle Union showed us a completely different side. It seems that she doesn’t take kindly to reckless women seeking to throw a wrench into the happy home she’s built with her Miami Heat-playing beau, Dwyane Wade. The Being Mary Jane actress took to her Twitter page to address a rather bold “groupie” who was circulating an extremely disrespectful open letter to Union, claiming that she has a sexual relationship with Wade. The woman also released photos, which she claimed were proof that her story was legit. In a spit-fire Twitter-lashing, Gabby lets the groupie know that she’s onto her games and she’s not phased.
“Dear Batsh%t crazy loon, u seemed to have forgotten that u used the “valentine” pic on another blog last year when u claimed I was cheating. Take ur meds,” Gabby tweeted in retaliation to the letter.
“Once again…just cuz loons are talkin, u aint got to listen especially when they can’t keep their lies straight,” she continued.
“I’ve found that when dealing w/ ppl who want to see u miserable, the best “revenge” is living an amazing happy life.
#Strut,” she finished before posting a photo of Dwyane holding her Being Mary Jane script.
We can’t say for sure who this woman is, but judging by these tweets, she’s a repeat offender and Gabrielle is clearly fed up with her. If you’re interested in reading the actual letter she penned to Gabby, you can check it out here. But, we advise that you take it with a grain of salt, as it was sent to MediaTakeOut and we all know how iffy that site can be.
What do you think of Gabrielle responding to the alleged groupie? Was she justified in lashing out or was she better off keeping her cool?
What ‘Chu Say Boo? Kaption This Pic Of Kanye And Kim Kourtside
We sense the shade already, but we have to ask.
Among the many questions we have about this pair, what the heck do they talk about when they’re together, definitely tops the list. We can assume Kanye’s giving Kim clothing advice or she’s asking him to pose for yet another twitpic, but we’d much rather know what you think these two really chat about to pass the time.
Last night, KimYe was spotted courtside at the NY Knicks versus the Miami Heat game in matching black and white ensembles and appeared to be “deep” in conversation at some point in the night. Caption this pic and tell us what you think they were talking about.
About Those Basketball Wives Championship Rings…
I don’t really pay much attention to sports so when Miami Heat players were getting blinged out during a Ring Ceremony Tuesday night I was like, wait, what, championship? I don’t know what you’re talking about. I do know a little somethin’ somethin’ about basketball wives, girlfriends, groupies, and jump-offs though which is all anyone is paying attention to when it comes to those championship rings right about now.
While you were sleeping, or eating, or minding your own business, the ladies beside the Heat’s Big 3 (Lebron, Chris Bosch, and D Wade) were showing off their new jewels on Social Media — matching championship rings. Basically, when the athletes were ringed, they turned around and put matching rings on their ladies, Savannah Brinson, Adrienne Bosch, and Gabrielle Union. Awwwww.
Don’t roll your eyes at me!
It actually took me a minute to get to that “aww” response because my initial, uninhibited reaction was GTFOHWTBS. The thing is, when I first saw the matching rings it wasn’t through pics like Gabby and Adrienne’s who captured themselves with their man and put sweet messages like:
“A man on a journey…Always Growing, Always Fighting,Always Working,Always with a pure heart.I Love this man xoxo” (Adrienne).
I saw Savannah’s hand with bedazzled stilleto nails on top of an Hermes bag tweeting “Kiss the ring” and envisioned her playing “I Get Money” while the pic was snapped and I caught an attitude like, chick you didn’t earn that. But then again, maybe she did.
As much of a physical commitment as basketball is for the players, the women who support these men are putting in some type of work too. Sure, they have housekeepers and no doubt a nanny or two or seven, but while their men are out dribbling a ball on some court they are essentially operating as single mothers throughout the season, and undoubtedly missing some TLC from their guy that they could definitely use, not to mention putting up with tons of gossip (wink). I’m going to assume for a minute that everyone in these relationships has good intentions and true love for the other, and whether they are wife, fianceé or girlfriend, their relationship operates as a partnership. Therefore, for as much physical endurance their ball-playing counterpart puts in, they have to muster up a lot of emotional strength to handle being with them as well. So, in essence, they earned that ring too, just in a different way.
That being said, I know some of ya’ll are ready to go in like the slew of people on other sites pointing out the fact that Savannah got a championship ring sooner than an engagement one, Gabrielle Union is a homewrecking slore, and neither one of these women will probably ever become wives to begin with. But then there are some who figure there are a lot of regular wives out here in need of some rings too and see this act as being no different than a man buying his wife some jewelry for putting up with his BS after he lands a big account at work. It’s really all relative.
While I could certainly do without all the posturing from these ladies over these jewels, at the end of the day I think anytime a man shows his woman some love and acknowledges the part she plays in his success, it should be applauded — and taken with a grain of expensive salt.
How do you feel about these “Basketball Wives” championship rings?

Siohvaughn Funches Speaks On Dwyane Wade Split: “It Was A Mourning Not A Divorce”
Siohvaughn Funches-Wade is speaking out again on Dywane Wade and the breakdown of their marriage and subsequent custody agreement in an interview with the Daily Mail Online and it’s not good. The ex-wife of the Miami Heat player and mother of the baller’s two sons is clearly still in a place of literal mourning over the couple’s split and the loss of custody of her boys and she didn’t mind expressing all of those feelings in a rather personal interview.
“The way it broke down was heartbreaking,’ Siohvaughn said of the couple’s split. “It was a mourning to me rather than a divorce. This person I had loved was literally dead. I felt the way a wife feels when her husband dies. That person was literally gone.
“I wish he would’ve stayed,” she said. “If I had to choose between the money and the love, I would have chosen the love. But I can’t choose.”
Despite wishing she and Dwyane were still together, Shiovaughn recalled some pretty horrid moments between the pair, all of which she claims stemmed from him being drafted in 2002. The Mail reports:
“‘I’d practically begged him [to wait to enter the draft],’ she said. ‘We had just got married and had a child. I wanted time to settle, to build as a family. I asked him to choose between his family or him and he chose his family.’
The following year, he chose his career. While Siohvaughn said she willed him to do well, she was ‘terrified’ about how it would affect their marriage, despite her husband’s assurances.
Her fears were justified: After the draft in 2003, he signed a three-year $8.5 million contract and he was thrown into the world of celebrity – and his marriage began to crack.
‘When [NBA commissioner] David Stern called his name, that changed everything,’ she said. ‘Our circumstances were so drastically different. We went from living in in this two-bedroom apartment in Marquette to these places overlooking the ocean in Miami. Everybody said yes to us.
‘I was seduced, too. I lost sight of some of my values. The further I got into that lifestyle, the further I got away from God. I just woke up sooner than he did.’
Siohvaughn said she saw her husband slipping from her as he revelled in his fame and fortune – staying out all night, surrounding himself with new friends and arguing with her, she said.
‘I was very sad because this was not the person I dated,’ she said. ‘This was my very best friend and I couldn’t reach him anymore – without question it was because of the money.
‘I think Dwyane had been rejected a lot when he was younger and then suddenly people started cheering and clapping and wanting to be around him. I think he overindulged in that. It was disgusting to me.’
Wade acknowledges that the relationship was falling apart and that he was desperate for it to work and, aware that the birth of their first son had brought them together, thought he had a solution.
He did ask me to have another child,’ she said. ‘I was very hesitant to do so, not because I didn’t want another child but because there was so much that Dwyane had swept under the rug.
‘There were so many things that were so serious, like other women. It’s my belief that that was happening. But it was part of the lifestyle – going out late, travelling, being with different people.’
On top of the pressures to live the celebrity lifestyle, was the violence Siovaughn claims she experienced when Dwyane was actually home. The domestic incidents prompted her to move in with her mother and file for divorce from Dwyane in 2007 and that’s when the custody battle, which she eventually lost, ensued. When Dwyane was granted sole custody of their boys, Siovaughn was ordered not to have any contact with her sons for 30 days following the ruling to allow them to adjust to their new surroundings. She says that time period was unbearable.
“When my lawyer called, I knew it was bad news but I begged him to tell me. I remember taking a moment to pause. I could break down at that moment or I could say, ‘God help me’. There’s no money that can buy that kind of strength.
“In the hours and weeks after, I cried and cried and I remember being scared when I’d see them again. Would they look different? Would their clothes still fit them? Would they still love me? I worried that they would think I wanted them to go away. There’s nothing anyone could have done for me to say, ‘Get me away from them.’”
“How devastating and traumatic for these two small boys,” she said, sobbing. “Zion was a baby. To tell your baby that I’m going to see them in two days and that turns into two months. I can’t describe what it felt like to speak to them after 30 days. They were crying so hard they couldn’t even talk.”
Fifteen years after hooking up with her high school sweetheart at the young age of 15, Siohvaugn is almost reliving her custody battle all over again, having been arrested for child abduction back in July. Because of her actions, the courts have granted her no visitations between August and November 8 — a judgement she worries will be very hurtful on her boys.
“Not seeing their mother could have a very negative effect,’ Siohvaughn said. “We know what happened to Dwyane without his mom in his life and how he turned to my family.”
For now though, the single mother is focused on completing her law degree and struggling to survive on minimal spousal support from Dwyane which she claims “isn’t enough to pay my bills.” That point aside, I do feel for Siohvaughn and the losses she hasn’t yet been able to put behind her. What do you think about her latest interview?

Did Chris Bosh Really Claim Texas Residency To Avoid Paying More Child Support?
I know a lot of people were on the fence about Chris Bosh’s ex-girlfriend applying for food stamps after claiming the $2,600 she receives each month in child support isn’t enough for her and her child to survive, but the Miami Heat player is going to extreme lengths not to help Allison Mathis, not to mention his own daughter out, as she struggles with being unemployed.
The Miami Herald has uncovered court documents Chris filed in Orlando claiming he is actually a resident of Texas, not Florida. Why? Supposedly to avoid an increase in child support. Despite having a 12,000-square-foot home with a Biscayne Bay view that he bought in 2010 for $12.5 million, Chris wants the courts to believe he really lives in a 1,900-square-foot house in a lower middle class suburb of Dallas worth about $73,000. The Herald put the $18 million annual salary-earning NBA star on blast, writing:
“It’s all about the benjamins. Bosh, 28, is trying to hold on to an order from a judge in his native Dallas that he pay $2,600-a-month for the little girl he had with former live-in girlfriend Allison Mathis.
“Should he be declared a Florida resident, Bosh — who is now married and has a son with his wife — could be ordered to pay 3 percent of his monthly take home pay, about $30,000 a month!”
That would definitely change Allison’s tune, but in the same way that Chris halted her earning potential by blocking her from joining “Basketball Wives,” he’s also working overtime to make sure she never sees that $30K/month. Allison’s attorney, Jane E. Carey, said:
“He’s fighting like a dog to remain a Texas resident. It is just not true that he lives in Texas. Even his son was born [in May] in Miami.”
A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for late August and I imagine Chris will be spending ample time in the lone star state between now and then to keep up his Texan charade. Somehow, I’m fairly certain a judge will still be able to see right through it.
What do you think about Chris’ move? Is he right to try to stop Allison from getting more child support?

She’s on a Roll: Oprah to Interview Lebron James, D Wade & Chris Bosh

Source: melbarchie.blogspot.com
If you’re hot right now, Oprah is trying to talk to you. And who’s hotter than the Miami Heat? (Corny joke intended.) After her interview with the Kardashian Clan, OWN received a ratings boost. So in an effort to continue the momentum, Lady O is going to sit down with Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh to discuss their friendship, the challenges they’ve faced and their romantic relationships.
It probably won’t get the same type of views as the Kardashian interview, but I know I’m interested.
Oprah will interview the trio for her show “Oprah’s Next Chapter” next Sunday at 8 p.m. on OWN of course.
What about you, are you interested to hear what these three have to say?

Chris Bosh’s [Very] Intimate Moment
If you hadn’t heard already, there has been much speculation that Miami’s power forward, Chris Bosh, is gay. Despite the fact that he’s married to a woman and just had a child, people constantly reference his effeminate mannerisms as proof that he likes the thang that swangs. And after last night’s victory celebration, those rumors won’t be going anywhere for a long while…if ever. The pictures don’t do it justice. Watch Chris’ very sensual encounter with a champagne bottle and see what we mean.

Insufficient Funds? Chris Bosh’s Baby Mama Applies for Food Stamps
While Chris Bosh is in Miami playing in the NBA Finals, it looks like his baby mama, Allison Mathis, is at the Orlando Department of Child and Family Services applying for food stamps.
The Miami Herald reports that Jose Lambiet from Gossip Extra talked to Allison’s lawyer Jane Carey about the situation:
In her first interview about the legal battle that Bosh and former live-in galpal Allison Mathis have been waging in three states, Mathis’ lawyer tells me, Orlando resident Mathis was laid off from her gig as a secretary in a construction company and this week applied for federal food assistance.
Mathis is also expecting to see her home go into foreclosure because the child support Bosh is paying doesn’t cover her mortgage!
What’s more, the tall-head’s request to take his and Mathis’ three-year-old daughter to London this summer to watch him play in the Olympics has been denied by an Orlando judge.
Carey talked publicly about the case for the first time today because, she says, she’s tired of the 28-year-old Bosh — who got married last year to Adrienne Bosh and recently celebrated the birth of their son.
For two years, the ball player has been battling Mathis in courts in Orange County (Florida), California and Texas on anything from child support to banning her appearance from VH-1’s Basketball Wives to how much time he spends with the child.
Things, however, have changed since Mathis lost her job.
Believe it or not, says Carey, Bosh pays her a mere $2,600-a-month in child support!
According to state guidelines, someone like Bosh whose yearly salary is in the $18 million-range should be paying about $30,000-a-month. So Carey asked a judge to adjust the child support.
Two thousands dollars a month seems dangerously low for child support from a NBA player who is raking in millions. When will these men understand that if you lay up with a woman and have a child with her then you need to be prepared to pay up to support that child? Nobody is saying he has to split fifty-fifty with a woman he never made a true commitment to, but allowing his daughter to live in the poor house while he is swamped with cash is suspect.
However, Allison seems to believe that Bosh’s child support should cover her lifestyle as well. Since when does child support cover mortgage payments and serve as financial insurance against layoffs? She already tried to sue Bosh for not allowing her to monetize her former relationship with him by being on “Basketball Wives.” Now, she is making headlines for applying for food stamps? Somebody stop this girl.
If Allison can’t afford to take care of her daughter, then she should send her to live with her father. But, considering Bosh had to take Allison to court back in February in order to get “meaningful time” with his daughter, it doesn’t seem that Allison has the best interest of their child at heart anyway. Instead, she’s clearly using her daughter as a pawn for tax-free cash flow. She is getting child support checks every month that put her way above the eligibility line for food stamps, yet because her relationship with Bosh didn’t result in the payday she was hoping for she thinks she is entitled to help from the government? This woman has no shame at all.
There are people in Orlando who truly need food stamps and Allison Mathis just isn’t one of them.
What do you think? Should Allison get food stamps or a child support increase?

Pretty In Pink: Are You Feeling Dwyane Wade’s Bold Pants?

Getty Images
Well, HELLO Dwyane Wade. Our favorite playoff cutie is certainly in touch with his feminine side and not afraid to show so. The Miami Heat all-star guard walked into the stadium for Game 6 in the playoff series against Indiana Pacers in mighty bold fashion. Even his teammate LeBron James had some fun words for his team-mates sense of style.
According ESPN’s Rachel Nichols:
LeBron: “Damn, for real, those are closeout pants? And the finger sleeve?”
Wade: “You gotta coordinate.”
LeBron: “You look like Eddie Murphy in the ’80s.”
Wade: “Eddie Murphy wishes he looked like me.”
Well those hot pink pants proved to be the lucky charm as Miami went on to beat the Pacers, advancing to the Eastern Conference finals.
