Earlier, we reported that an Atlanta judge granted Erica Dixon a temporary protective order against the father of her child and former fiancé, Darryl “Lil Scrappy” Richardson.
In that article we mentioned that at a later date, a judge would decide whether or not the protective order would be permanent.
According to our sister site, Bossip, a decision has been reached. On Wednesday, the judge had reason to believe Erica’s claims and signed a “family violence” protective order, preventing Lil Scrappy from being within 100 yards of Dixon for the next full year.
She told the court that Richardson assaulted her, “aggressively attempted to attack me and had to be restrained on several occasions. During a scheduled work related filming, the respondent became enraged during a conversation while attempting to attack me and further throwing an object at me.”
Dixon said that she’s scared of what Scrappy might do. “Although we meet to exchange custody of our daughter, I am extremely uncomfortable doing so after his erratic behavior.”
In addition to the alleged violence, Dixon is seeking sole custody of their 10-year-old daughter Emani and is asking the courts to require Scrappy to get tested for drugs and alcohol, and go to rehab.
What’s Scrappy’s take on this situation? He said that Emani has lived with him for the past 2 year. He took it a step further saying that he was scared of Erica. He said she dissed him in front of their daughter, won’t speak to him and refused to co-parent with him.
We haven’t been privy to the ins and outs of Erica and Scrappy’s relationship. But it’s a shame that things are transpiring the way they are with these two, particularly when they have a daughter to raise.
Since then she’s been sassy and single, occasionally entertaining the foolishness of her ex Scrappy (whom she let go down on her while dating Bambi according to her statements during the “LHHATL” reunion). But it seems that since the show stopped filming, she’s found someone knew that she’s enjoying spending time with, and he’s 23-year-old Buffalo Bills safety, Duke Williams.
Dixon just made him her “Man Crush Monday” and called him “my hitta,” but on his page, he’s posted images of her encouraging followers to support her dress collection (Klass 6), as well as images of them hanging out. She also took part in the ALS challenge at his home, and has been spotted riding around with the handsome NFL baller.
Whatever is going on with these two, they look good together! Check out more pics of Erica and Duke below:

We all watched (and laughed) as Momma Dee’s tooth came out during the middle of one of her performances.
Momma Dee took it all in stride, making light of the whole thing, completely unashamed.
But I’m sure she realized if she’s going to do this singing thing, she’ll have to take care of that flipper situation, with something a little bit more permanent. Luckily, Dr. Heavenly, from “Married To Medicine,” was there to step in and help her fellow reality star sister out.
She installed a veneer.
But first, Momma Dee shared the story of how she lost the tooth in the first place.
“I was married to Scrappy’s daddy. We got into it. I remember that night before he went to revival. I told him when I get up, I want the diapers there because I had to put Scrappy on the nursery van. And I woke up and said, ‘Where is the diapers?’ He gon’ say, ‘Well, I didn’t get none.’ So we got into it. He cut off the light, I cut it on. He pushed me, I pushed him. He hit me in my mouth and he did this. (Pulls tooth out of her mouth.) I’m known, I’m a fighter. People were like, ‘Why you ain’t whoop his ass?” I said, ‘Bitch, I was on the floor trying to find my damn teeth.”
Not to make light of a very serious domestic violence situation but Momma Dee is seriously a great storyteller and I watched and re-watched that the video of her tooth transformation, just to hear her say that last line.
Remember how we were all so surprised to learn that Scrappy’s daddy was a pastor? Apparently, he wasn’t always the upstanding kind.
Anyway, now that I know the full backstory, I’m really glad to hear that these women were able to come together and replace her missing tooth. Considering Scrappy was in diapers when her husband knocked it out of her mouth, it’s been a long time coming.

“It Kinda Felt Like A Competition”: Diamond Says Relationship With Scrappy Suffered Because He Was Jealous Of Her Success
Ever been with a man who you felt you couldn’t share good news with because he always tried to downplay your accomplishments? It’s not easy, and someone who knows that from experience is rapper Diamond. We all know about her relationship with Scrappy of “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” fame, and we know that when they split after a few years together, things got ugly (and she moved on quickly to Soulja Boy). But the “Sisterhood of Hip-Hop” star shared on the show that a big reason their relationship didn’t work out was because she didn’t feel like the rapper was supportive. After cast member Siya spoke on her girlfriend not supporting the work she does by starting unnecessary drama, Diamond shared her story. Though Scrappy has had some hits (“Money In The Bank” and “No Problem” for instance), Diamond says that when she was focused on her career and started doing big things, he acted more jealous than encouraging.
“Sounds so familiar.
I was in a relationship with my ex Lil Scrappy. He was a bit jealous. So, it kinda felt like a competition.
You’re supposed to be with someone who is going to uplift and add to the equation. You’re not supposed to be dimming your light. That’s what I was doing with Scrap. All because I can’t come home and share accomplishments because you’re going to rain on my parade…then everybody else is your cot damn co-star.”
And on a side note, Scrappy was all in the video when Diamond was featured on Ludacris’ “My Bad Chick” remix.
As we told you recently, Scrappy said that when Diamond left him, he took it quite hard.
“Boy I’m going to tell you, I’m not going to lie to you. Man law! Your boy cried. You feel me, I cried.
You know let me tell you something when I cried like that I knew then I never been in love before. I thought I was in love with my baby mama. I never been in love before.”
You can check out her statements on Scrap’s jealousy around the 3:30 mark:
Erica Dixon and Lil Scrappy get on my nerves. Though I inadvertently gave up on “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” this season, they’ve always been my favorite couple. One, because their story, even though full of drama, seems to be the most plausible. And two because deep in my heart, I want them to be together–forever. I want them to stop playing, like yesterday.
And I say that knowing that Scrappy and his mother are not about the right. Scrappy is determined to keep slanging his penis all over town and Mama Dee is hellbent on sabotaging their relationship by any means necessary. Oh, and he’s currently dating Bambi.
But at the end of the day I really want them to be together. And apparently, I’m not the only one. Based on a VH1 poll, 85 percent of voters around the nation want these two to make it work. Duh! Everyone can see there’s still love there.
And after catching clips of the estranged couple flirting heavily with one another on camera, it didn’t come as much of a surprise that they were getting down and dirty behind the scenes.
Erica told one of the producers: Two weeks ago. We weren’t intimate. I just let him taste it. We didn’t have intercourse but it was oral, down there.
Erica even pulled out a hotel receipt on stage to corroborate her story because she knew Scrappy would lie to the cameras about their recent trysts. The hotel receipt was from a few weeks ago but before that, Dixon said Scrappy visited her at her house. They had a few drinks and badda bing, badda boom, Erica received an oral transaction.
But Scrappy denied it and the producers and Erica insisted he take a lie detector test.
Scrappy failed the lie detector test, of course and offered a pathetic, “I don’t remember” as an explanation.
And while such shenanigans might upset most girlfriends, Bambi seemed unbothered.
“Some days I don’t want to be with him. We just gotta ratchet situation. We’re dating. We have great times together, but I ain’t trying to marry this ni&&a.”
Whew! This is such a hot mess.
And while Scrappy lying on the mother of his child and double dipping should make me want better for Erica, I just can’t shake the idea that they were meant to be. I want Scrappy to grow up, I want them to figure out how to make it work and be one big happy family.
Is there too much mess to sift through though?

[Watch] Scrappy Admits That He Cried When Diamond Left Him For Soulja Boy: ‘I Knew Then I Never Been In Love Before’
Diamond’s relationship with Scrappy ended years ago, but she still appears to be somewhat relevant to the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star and his mother. Yesterday, Momma Dee’s reps told us that she would be taking legal action against the “Sisterhood of Hip Hop” star if she continues spreading lies about her. Earlier this week, Scrappy also spoke on his past relationship with Diamond during an appearance on Dish Nation and The Rickey Smiley Show.
First, he responded to questions regarding Diamond’s allegations that Momma Dee used to steal her clothes.
“[It’s] impossible, you feel me, because my mama can’t even fit her clothes. Way taller. Way thicker, you feel me?”
He also addressed reports that Diamond was still living with him when she began her relationship with Soulja Boy.
“She was definitely living with me.”
And went on to admit that he cried when she left.
“Boy I’m going to tell you, I’m not going to lie to you. Man law! Your boy cried. You feel me, I cried.”
Scrappy also said that his reaction when Diamond left made him realize that he had never been in love before.
“You know let me tell you something when I cried like that I knew then I never been in love before. I thought I was in love with my baby mama. I never been in love before.”
Aw, poor Scrap.

“This Is Some Racist A** S**t”: Lil Scrappy Accuses Another Business Of Racism After Going HAM At Waterpark [Watch]
Momma Dee, who spoke to the staff member immediately after to express her disappointment with the way Emani was being treated, told TMZ that Scrappy told the woman, “You need to pick my daughter. This is some racist a** s**t.”
According to the site, the person who shot the video of Scrappy confronting the host/staff member agrees that resort was being a little bias (aka, only picking white children), however, the resort says that’s just not true. A rep told TMZ that they don’t discriminate…but that children must “follow specific protocol.” Whatever that means…
Emani didn’t end up participating in the activity.
This isn’t the first time Scrappy has publicly accused a business of being discriminatory in their practices. Just last year he had issues with a salon in Atlanta after he paid to have a birthday party for Emani there and the business cancelled it after they were 20 minutes late. Scrappy says that when he confronted staff about everything, they allegedly said that they had no interest in serving “you people.” Things got so ugly that the cops were called. But that business claimed that they cancelled Emani’s party because Scrappy and co. were TWO hours late, not 20, and other guests were waiting. The owner said they did return the rapper’s full deposit to him.
Either racist stuff always seems to happen to Lil Scrappy…or somebody’s lying. Either way, I feel bad for Emani. Check out the video from Scrappy’s confrontation with the host below.
Sometimes how you get with a person is how you lose them. After being the “other person” in the relationship, these sidepieces turned main chicks found out what it felt like to be cheated on.
If “Love & Hip-Hop” is nothing else, the reality show is beyond messy. In season four we were introduced to former rapper Peter Gunz and his artist Amina Buddafly. The chemistry between the two was obvious and it was clear Gunz was dipping out on his longtime girlfriend and mother of his two sons, Tara Wallace. But we soon found out afterwards that Gunz and his artist were actually married. And when Tara found out about their union, her on-and-off relationship with the “Uptown Baby” rapper, which actually began when with her being the other woman, was over. Amina is currently pregnant with her manager’s baby.

Even though the fights may be behind Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s high ratings, producers may have had enough. TMZ reports that the show’s producers have decided to increase the security during shoots to not only protect the cast against each other, but from civilians as well.
There will allegedly be one security guard for each cast mate and apparently they hit the ground running keeping cast members Lil’ Scrappy and new cast member, Erica Pinkett from killing each other earlier this week. Pinkett allegedly threw wine in the rapper’s face during an argument.
One cast member commented on security’s performance saying:
“That s*** gets ratchet and now the bodyguards shutting that s*** down.”
Well as viewers familiar with the show probably already know, security will have plenty to keep them busy. In February, a free for all erupted when the cast attended an opening of a restaurant. The fight was said to be started by a girlfriend of fan favorite Joseline Hernandez and resulted in Karlie Redd being knocked out and Momma Dee being hit in the face with a bottle.
In a previous season of the show Lil’ Scrappy put them paws on Stevie J. after word spread that he disrespected the mother of his child, Erica Dixon.
There was an altercation between singer, K. Michelle and rapper, Rasheeda at one point in which a candle gets thrown at Rasheeda before security shuts the catfight down.
It makes us wonder: Will Love & Hop Atlanta be the same without drama and trash talk escalating into cliffhanger altercations? Or will the show actually focus on finding some solutions and more compromise between the cast members? Either way, it appears with security in full force, cast members may have to find other ways of working out their problems that don’t involve bruised knuckles, bloodshed and battered weave.
Do you think the show will be better without all of the fighting?
At the start of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” Lil’ Scrappy led viewers to believe that his ex-girlfriend, Diamond, abandoned him during a time that he needed her the most. However, according to Diamond, the reality star had been physically abusive to her during her relationship, which is what pushed her to leave.
“He was mentally abusive, physically abusive,” the former Crime Mob rapper recently told The Breakfast Club. “We fought, like you ain’t beatin’ my a**. Yeah, he got some issues. Some demons, he needs some help.”
“He has bad spending problems,” she continued. “I think you, you know, people go through phases. I think we’re better off as friends. I don’t want to try to continue to be in a relationship and we end up not liking each other; hating each other. I just want people to know we’re not together.”
Unsurprisingly, Diamond admits that she bumped heads with the two women who probably play the biggest roles in Scrappy’s life: his mother and his daughter’s mother, Erica. While there are rumors that Erica and Diamond got into a physical altercation at one point, Diamond says they never actually hit one another.
“Nah, we got into it before but we never fought.”
As for Momma Dee, the “Sisterhood of Hip Hop” star blames her for ruining her credit.
“I got his mother an apartment—that she trashed and messed up my credit at one point in time, terrorized. I co-signed for her a condo.”
Considering all that she has been through with Scrappy, Erica and Momma Dee, her addition to the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” cast would’ve made for extremely interesting TV. However, Diamond says she could tell from the beginning that appearing on the show wouldn’t be a good look.
“They was using our names for ratings. I had a meeting. I wanted to see what it was about, you know as a businesswoman. It wasn’t really going with the whole plan of my music career. I don’t think it was a good look for me. I wanted to focus on what I had going on in my life currently, they wanted to focus on what happened in the past.”
Contrary to popular belief, Diamond also revealed that she and Soulja Boy are no longer together.
“I’m single. We been broke up. Y’all need to catch up. Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell hang out together all the time. We do business together.”
