Ray may love a good laugh but he did not find his girlfriend’s suicide threats entertaining.
The audio from his call to 911 has surfaced. In the call, you hear a fearful Ray J tell the police he’s afraid his girlfriend, Princess may kill herself. Ray J tells the operator Princess has a gun and she’s threatening to kill herself. “Just know that I’ma see you in heaven.” was one of the quotes he claimed she made. He also says, “I’m not about to run back over there, and try to save you and you shoot me.”
During the phone call the singer also says that the murder-suicide of his friend Earl Hayes had him worried. He feared there would be a similar outcome with himself and Princess. Earl Hayes was a close friend of Ray J.
Luckily, neither Princess nor Ray J were harmed. The couple laughed off the incident a few days later and reconciled.
Love and Hip Hop Hollywood star Masika Tucker is finally telling her side of the story.
The reality star was involved in an altercation with rapper boyfriend Yung Berg last week that resulted in abuse. The rapper was charged with three assault, one harassment charge and ultimately fired from the show.
Now, in an exclusive interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine, Masika claims the stories surrounding her altercation with Yung Berg “were just erroneous”. She also explains why she believes it was not an abuse situation. Check out the highlights below.
On the altercation
It was not an abuse situation. He did not attack me; he did not knock me out. He did not beat me up, none of that happened He was very drunk. It was to the point where he didn’t really know his bearings.
On Yung Berg becoming a better person
My focus right now is him being better. The focus should not be on us being a couple right now, Masika told Sister 2 Sister. It’s best that we don’t communicate as we were.
His Alcohol Abuse
I feel like the only abuse issue that he has is alcohol abuse. I do feel like he has a drinking issue and that’s the issue at this time,” she said. “It was not an abusive situation.
The situation had nothing to do with Mally Mal.
Everything Mally was doing was to try to convince me that he wanted to get married to get on the show. This has been my friend for almost four years. He was literally the first person I met when I moved to L.A. This is not a television relationship. Hazel’s relationship was fake. That was fake.
On Hazel E,
It’s just ridiculous. It just shows the level of class these women do not have. There are some really, sick twisted individuals…nasty, evil people who really have no home training.
And finally, she believes…
He needs to be focused on getting these charges dropped and getting the drinking under control.
Reality shows let us get a behind the scenes look at the lifestyles of the movers and shakers in the industry. But we don’t always like what we see. Sometimes the more we get to know about these “celebrities,” the less we like them. Can you relate when it comes to these “characters”?
The buzz surrounding Mona Scott-Young’s Love & Hip Hop franchise only appears to be growing. With the popular show’s current New York season coming to a close and the Atlanta cast preparing for an explosive return, many are wondering which city the media maven will pop up in next, especially since word on the street is that she’s currently conducting interviews for a Chicago spin-off of the show. In an interview with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, Mona addressed Chicago rumors and why there hasn’t been a Miami spin-off yet. Check out some of what she had to say.
“I’m always kind of looking at other cities. In between seasons I’m always looking to see kind of where we should move next. I think there was a great scene in Miami. It wasn’t really rooted in hip-hop in a way that I felt could work and if there’s anybody out there that I didn’t talk to while I was out there, I think that’s great, I’d love to hear from you. It actually became the basis for another idea that we were developing. I’ve looked at Houston.”
“There’s a whole thing happening in Chicago right now where apparently someone is out there doing auditions and using my name. They’re calling talking about “Did you call me in for a meeting?” So there’s a lot of fraud going on in Chicago right now. I love Chicago. I’d love to see something happen there, but that is not me out there casting right now for whatever is going on out there.”
And there you have it, folks are out in Chi-town bootlegging the LHH brand!

Two weeks ago, we gave you all an exclusive on the fight that went down between Rashidah Ali and Raqi during the "Love & Hip-Hop" reunion taping in New York, and from the sounds of things there may be some unfinished business. Rashidah stopped by MadameNoire's office to send a little message to Raqi, post-brawl, and she also gave her two cents on the likelihood of Yandy and Mendeecees' relationship lasting -- not much -- as well as Joe and Tahiry's. And she even told us a few details about her boo and their upcoming nuptials. Check out the interview now.
The BFF of Tahiry Rose uploaded a few pics Monday showing off what could be her wedding dress for her big day, saying:
Eventually I’ll Say “Yes” To A Dress
The LHH sidekick must not be worried about the tradition of not letting the groom see the dress before the ceremony, or maybe none of these is “the one.” Truthfully, I’m more curious about whether she’s going to rock the bright red hair down the aisle, but that’s just me.
Caption this pic and tell us what you think they’re deciding about this very traditional dress for such a non-traditional girl — and what she’s going to do with those locks.
When there’s drama, everybody and their mama usually has a cent or two to contribute to the conversation. The latest contribution in the weird 3-way relationship between “Love & Hip Hop” cast members Tahiry Jose, Joe Budden and Kaylin Garcia is resident hothead, Erica Mena. The aspiring singer recently chatted it up with the YBF about all things “Love & Hip Hop” and of course, the interview couldn’t end without discussion of the show’s popular love triangle and those harsh rumors that Tahiry has herpes. Check out what she had to say.
On why Tahiry is jealous of Kaylin:
“Um… I think Tahiry needs to admit to the fact she is in love with Joe, and kind of acknowledge the fact that she is a little bit jealous of Kaylin. I think honestly Kaylin is playing her position the right way, Joe puts Kaylin on a different pedestal than Tahiry, and I think that’s what kind of bothers Tahiry, and that’s what made her react the way she did.”
“He kind of brags about Kaylin more ( as far as social networks). He’s quick to put out there that he’s in love with this woman. She’s young, she’s intriguing, she’s fresh, and aint nothing like good meat. Ain’t nothing like good fresh meat.”
On rumors of Tahiry having an STD:
“God bless if that’s true and definitely stop spreading it. If you’re a walking disease you should put yourself in a bubble and stay there. I think that could be true though… but then it may not but if it is she should definitely slow her roll.”
Interesting enough, Tahiry and Joe were recently spotted at her single release party together looking rather cozy.
What do you think of the constant back and forth between Tahiry and Joe? Is she jealous of his new lady?

In Case You Missed It…Love & Hip-Hop NY Reckless Reality Wrap-Up: ‘If I Kick A N*gg* In The Neck It’s For A Reason’
Well we bet you can tell how last night went from that headline alone. Erica Mena continued her pattern of being all the way turnt up all the time when it comes to her supposed boo Rich Dollas and someone almost got kicked in the neck like her baby daddy bish. WHOAA!
We also met some new characters like Consequence and his girlfriend Jen the Pen, who apparently is not about that non-baller life, and Lore'l -- the "rapper," not the cosmetics persons. We know what happens when too many people get up in too many other people's business, but in case you missed all that went down last night, catch yourself up with our reckless reality wrap-up.
Joe Budden's relationship with Tahiry is an interesting one. Though the couple has been broken up for four years, he has a new girlfriend, and Tahiry is doing her, it's clear the rapper isn't quite on to the next one. On Monday night's episode of "Love & Hip-Hop" Joe said Tahiry is the closest thing he's ever had to a wife which begs two questions: one, how does his current girlfriend feel about this, and two, does Tahiry feel the same? Though we couldn't get an answer to question one for you, we do know where Tahiry's head is, and let's just say these two are not on the same page or even in the same book according to her.
Check out our interview with her at the LHHNY premiere and tell us what you think about her opinion of Joe.
Love & Hip-Hop Is More Disturbing Than We Knew: Mandeeces Facing Trial For Sexual Assault On A 15-Year-Old
Every reality TV star has some skeletons in the closet that are bound to come out once the cameras start rolling, but some skeletons are far worse than others. Case in point: disturbing news that has just surfaced about the father of “Love & Hip-Hop” star Yandy Smith’s baby and her rumored fiance, Mandeeces Harris.
It appears Mandeeces is awaiting trial after being accused of having inappropriate sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl in Lodi, New Jersey two years ago. The 34-year-old who now appears alongside Yandy on LHH is charged with performing various sexual acts with the girl and inappropriately touching her at his former home there.
According to North Jersey’s The Report:
Bergen County prosecutors allege that Harris asked for and received oral from the girl and fondled her on various occasions between September 2009 and April 2010. He was arrested later that year and charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
Mandeeces is free without bail which is why he has time to appear on Love & Hip-Hop, but on Wednesday the jury was selected for his trial in Hackensack and opening remarks are expected to begin January 29.
Since it took me a little while to put these pieces together in my mind, let me lay out some background details for you. Yandy and Mandeeces have been together off-and-on for six years which means he caught this case while they at least knew each other. Whether they were on at the time is currently unknown, but it’s surprising that she would have a child with this man while these serious legal allegations are flying around, let alone bring him on the show with her, and furthermore, seemingly get engaged to him.
Even more disturbing is the rumor floating around that the 15-year-old girl in question is the daughter of a woman Mandeeces has another son by. Sure this girl isn’t his biological child but the creep factor there cannot be denied. This also makes his and Yandy’s relationship seem super suspect. How long were they off to be having a child with someone else and racking up this kind of charge? Still, this situation also raises the question of whether there’s potential here for bitter baby mama strife and Mandeeces is innocent. I can’t fathom any other explanation for why a man who has remained behind the scenes this long would suddenly step in front of the cameras with all of this going on. I’m also curious whether Mona Sott-Young knows about this. Yandy, girl, good luck.
