*It looks like there’s more deeply rooted drama with the ladies of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” because not only does Kim Zolciak  and NeNe Leakes  have long lasting beef, but also Kandi doesn’t want to see the white girl return.

“I don’t think she should come back,” Kandi recently told “The Gossip Game” star Ms. Drama.

Though Kandi and Kim are in the middle of a legal battle over the rights to music Kandi produced for the “Tardy for the Party” singer, that apparently has nothing to do with her preferring Kim stay gone.

From the outside looking in, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and hubby Kroy Biermann appear to have it all. They’ve got fame, fortune, a spin-off tv show and a beautiful baby boy. Unfortunately, it looks like someone is trying to throw a major wrench in their happily ever after-esque lifestyle.

According to In Touch Weekly, a woman by the name Elizabeth Seward, who happens to be a former Indiana Pacers cheerleader, claims that she and Kroy began hooking up in January of 2010, 8 months after he supposedly entered into a so-called “exclusive” relationship with Kim.

“I want Kim to know about it,” 25-year-old Seward told In Touch.

“It was this whirlwind love-at-first-sight thing.”

The ex-cheerleader says she moved to Las Vegas July of that year and Kroy continued to come and visit her and would fly her out to training camp to come see him. She also claims that the Atlanta Falcons defensive end was very smooth and sold her plenty of dreams.

“He told me everything you’d want to hear,” Seward expressed recalling one situation where she claims he dropped the G-word. “‘You’re my girlfriend, we’re going to make this work.’”

The woman went on to say that she was crushed only a few days later when she saw photos of Kroy and Kim all cozy at Cynthia Bailey’s wedding. After confronting him about it, Seward says that Kroy told her that Kim was just “a friend.” Sensing that something was up, she continued to pressure Kroy until he allegedly broke down and told her that he was romantically involved with Kim and that they should probably stop speaking.

“Obviously our relationships overlapped,” she said. 

Elizabeth, who still seems to be heartbroken over the love triangle 3 years later, says the experience was an “extremely painful” one that left her feeling “completely betrayed.”

Meanwhile Kim seems to find humor in Elizabeth’s allegations, or at least she wants us to think she does.

An insider suggests that Seward is simply seeking to ruin the Biermann’s happy home and that what she experienced was simply one of the casualties of dating.

“This woman is trying to wreck her happy home life. It wasn’t betrayal. It was just the normal thing that happens when someone is dating and finally falls for someone. The other people get left behind and sometimes they get hurt.”

Lamar Odom’s Father

Lamar Odom’s father should be ashamed. He hasn’t been a part of his son’s life for decades. But as soon as he realized what he’s been missing, he returns with his hands out. That’s very tasteless. This poor old man was begging on TV for tickets to the game and whatever else he could stiff Lamar on. Lamar is being played because as everyone says,” you only get one father”.

You can tell the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is Bravo’s money maker because the network and Andy Cohen are going all out to  build up anticipation for the season 5 reunion, which by the way is three parts — yes, three!

Andy just dropped a teaser for the reunion shows which will begin airing April 7, and though he isn’t letting on too much about what’s going to happen in the episodes, Straight from the A appears to have all the tea. According to the site:

While many feel that the recent lawsuit filed by Kandi against Kim was a publicity stunt for the reunion, I heard that Bravo actually banned the ladies from speaking of it at all during the taping. If… (and that’s a big IF) it’s a publicity stunt, it may be used during Kandi’s upcoming “Kandi Factory” show…

As expected, Kenya and Phaedra continued their ‘booty battle” and went head to head as they each shared facts surrounding the fallout over their respective workout DVD’s.

Phaedra, who is about eight months pregnant and ready to pop, brought out a few surprises and attempted to remain calm due to her condition… but I heard that Kenya pulled a few low blows by bringing out a few explosive “exhibits” to prove her points about Phaedra and/or Apollo.

Phaedra, on the other hand, is said to have pullled out proof of Kenya’s silicone implants, as well as her questionable relationship history.

According to my very knowledgeable source, Kenya’s implant history is very well documented in the modeling industry.

… many photographers on her repeat modeling gigs noted “special circumstances” when shooting back shots of Kenya.

Having posed several times for BlackMens Magazine & Smooth, there are reportedly several notes about photoshopping a dent in Moore’s left butt cheek, which is rumored to have stemmed from lack of care after her silicone implant procedure.

My source went on to say:

When Kenya got her work done it wasn’t as popular a procedure in the U.S. She was referred by a friend to a Dr. in Mexico and traveled there to get her work done.

The doctor who performed Kenya’s procedure advised her to sleep on her stomach for a few weeks after the procedure, but she slept on her side, resulting in the imperfection.

Clearly this is all hearsay, but the person who told me is normally a great source of information. So yes… I believe it and am taking his word as the gospel (but that’s just me).

The ladies weren’t just bickering amongst themselves, though, as word is all of their men — except Walter who was tardy for the party because he wasn’t even invited — had some drama as well. Straight from the A goes on to report:

Porsha had a lil bit of Kenya drama as well, but most of her issues centered around her defending her husband Kordell’s “controlling” nature.

All of the house HUSBANDs took to the stage as well. Gregg, Peter,Apollo and even Todd appeared in support of his fiance Kandi.

Last but not least, word on the curb is that one hubby was a no show.

My spidey senses tell me that it was probably Kordell but I haven’t received any confirmation.

In addition to catching a ton of flack about being “too controlling,” Kordell’s past was revisited regarding the gay rumors that surrounded his NFL career.

Considering we now know Kordell and Porsha are headed for divorce, it seems like the former NFL pro is the likely absentee husband. The couple’s current situation alone is enough to make loyal fans tune in to this three-part series but I’m also dying to know whether Andy is going to question Kenya about Walter and whether their relationship was a hoax from the beginning.

Surprise!

After fighting, mudslinging and name calling for what feels like forever, NeNe Leakes has not only called a truce with her former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star, Kim Zolciak, but the two have kissed and made up! Last night when no one was watching, it appears that the ladies decided to play nice and had a long talk, apparently smoothing out the issues in their relationship. Following their chat, an emotional NeNe took to Twitter, announcing that she has her friend back.

A “peaceful” Kim, who seemed equally excited about the reunion followed suit.

Kim’s tdaughter Brielle even joined in the love fest.

While this reunion appears to have come totally out of left field, I think it’s cool that the two have made up. One less enemy is always a good thing. Besides, these two have been feuding for so long they probably don’t even remember what they were fighting about all of this time. I do, however, find it interesting that the reunion only came after Kim made her exit from the show. I suppose the Real Housewives of Atlanta set was too small for two blonde-haired divas.

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been keeping you up to date with the latest happenings regarding the recent lawsuit filed by Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss against her former cast member, Kim Zolciak over song, “Tardy for the Party,” which Burruss composed for Zolciak, but claims that she was never properly compensated for. Since the filing of the suit, there has been a lot of public back forth between Zolciak and Burruss. While Zolciak claims that Burruss is doing nothing but seeking to garner ratings for her show, Burruss says she’s simply seeking to recover what’s rightfully owed to her. Now, in an attempt to save face and make her opponent look thirsty and desperate, Kim is getting even louder with her claims. Although she had already stated in an interview that she believed Kandi’s lawsuit was “nothing short of a publicity stunt,” she recently issued an official press statement reiterating her stance through her spokesman, Mike Paul. The statement reads:

“The lawsuit led by Kandi Burruss and Rodney Richard aka Don Vito against Kim Zolciak-Biermann over the song ‘Tardy For The Party’ is without merit and suspicious in its timing. We also find the handling of the lawsuit by another cast member on the show, and the timing of Kandi’s attempt to launch her own spinoff reality show, raises serious questions about the true motives behind the filing this lawsuit for alleged record royalties due from a song that was released over three and a half years ago.

The song was created by four people who share in the royalties: Kim, her daughter (who co-wrote the original song in season one of the RHOA show before Kandi joined the show in season two) Kandi and Don Vito.  To date, Kim has written checks to Kandi and Don Vito in excess of $23,000. In fact, we believe that Kim may have overpaid a portion of their share to date based on the actual record sales.

It is clear to us the lawsuit was brought solely for the purpose of publicity because the facts are not in Kandi’s favor. Kandi Burruss and her legal team are well aware of the truth regarding the song and the payments Kandi and Don Vito received from Kim.  That is a clear fact.

But we find the greatest truth in the fact that Kandi Burruss has been in the music business for many years and it appears she has made many mistakes in dealing with the song. We assume this has been a major lesson for Kandi. Maybe focusing on her next 15 minutes of fame should not have been the priority for Kandi versus three and a half years after the song was released, Kandi realizing she handled all aspects of the song in a very sloppy and messy way. We understand it is not the first time either.  As Kandi is also a music industry veteran, it is also a shame.”

If you were like Kim Zolciak, wondering why after four years of ratchetry with “Tardy For The Party,” Kandi Burruss was just now deciding to sue her former friend for money she allegedly owed for the song, Burruss has decided to set the record straight.

Zolciak took to the website TooFab to express her disappointment with the lawsuit and called it an outright publicity stunt:

“This is nothing short of a publicity stunt, I find this lawsuit funny yet sad. Coming after me now and this song is 4 years old? I have in fact overpaid Kandi and have documents to prove it and my legal team will handle this accordingly.”

Somebody is feeling very confident about all this isn’t she? Well, Burruss decided to respond, reaching out to HipHopHollywood to clear the air. It’s about business: Zolciak owes her money, she chose not to pay it, and now she will one way or the other.

“It’s time for the whole ordeal to be over. I asked TuneCore to take the song down in December 2012. They did. Kim sent an affidavit to put it back up, which they did. TuneCore then informed me that in order for the song to be taken down permanently I would need to file suit to have it removed. I never wanted to go that route but after being told that it is the only way to get the song removed, I had no other choice….This is not a publicity stunt. I no longer wish for anyone to benefit from the work that Don Vito and I created.”

Both Burruss and co-writer Rodney Richards are seeking damages for copyright infringement and since we know Burruss is all about her paper, she’s going to pursue that money like there’s no tomorrow, especially since she and Zolciak are no longer the good friends they once appeared to be. But whether or not this lawsuit is message to Zokciak or payback to Zolciak being one of the shadiest friends ever on RHOA, if there’s proof that Burruss and Richards never got paid, it’s money they deserve and money they should get.

If you’ve been watching Real Housewives of Atlanta for the last few seasons, you know that Kandi Burruss wrote a track entitled “Tardy for the Party,” which she allowed her co-star Kim Zolciak to record. Despite the song’s surprising popularity, in a October 2010 Bravo TV blog post, Kandi discussed never being properly compensated for the work that she put into the track.

“I hardly got anything from ‘Tardy for the Party.’ That is the truth,” Burruss wrote.

“I am not mad about it. I really blame myself because I didn’t handle my business correctly,” she continued.

During one reunion show, Kandi expressed that she no longer wished to discuss the money that Kim owed her, but she appears to have experienced a change of heart. Yesterday the 36-year-old Georgia peach filed a lawsuit with Atlanta courts against Zolciak on the grounds of copyright infringement, reports Radar Online. As if that isn’t interesting enough, we hear that Kandi’s RHOA co-star Phaedra Parks will be acting as her legal representation.

According to court documents, the lawsuit claims that Kim commercially marketed, distributed and sold the single without receiving consent or authorization from Burruss. A portion of the filed complaint reads:

“Without Plaintiffs’ authorization, license or consent, Plaintiffs’ Sound Recording embodying a performance of Plaintiffs’ Composition was commercially released as a single record… on or around, September 29, 2009 by Defendant TuneCore in agreement with Defendant Zolciak.”

“Defendants marketed and sold the Infringing Single in various formats (e.g., compact disc, downloadable audio track, DVD, etc) and through various websites, all without Plaintiffs’ license, consent or authorization.”

Burruss is seeking attorney fees, punitive damages, an “accurate accounting” of the money that Zolciak earned from the sale of “Tardy for the Party” and a jury trial. She is also requesting that a temporary freeze be immediately put on the song, preventing it from being sold or distributed and  “destruction of all copies of the Infringing Single and any other product of Defendants that infringe Plaintiffs copyrights.”

Zolciak claims that Kandi’s suit is nothing but a dirty publicity stunt.

“This is nothing short of a publicity stunt, I find this lawsuit funny yet sad. Coming after me now and this song is 4 years old? I have in fact overpaid Kandi and have documents to prove it and my legal team will handle this accordingly,” she said in an interview with Too Fab.
