The following year, the “Turn Up The Music” singer was able to pay homage to his hero at the 2010 BET Awards during his Michael Jackson tribute. Brown performed some of Jackson’s iconic moves while adding his own flair to the routine and started to cry while singing “Man In The Mirror.” Although some questioned Brown’s sincerity, he has insisted his feelings during that moment were very real.
