In any case, change calls for a change. Why not make sure your fall is off to a great start. 1) Indulge in a fitness class. When we say indulge, we’re talking zumba, a belly dance class or yoga. Fitness doesn’t have to only involve weigts and treadmills. Getting involved in a fun class will inspire your fitness goals and hopefully replace the dread of keeping off the pounds.
2) Join a Book Club. As Oprah has reminded the world, reading can be extremely fun, enriching and a great way to tap into a new community of friends or keep in touch with exisiting friends.
3) Take a career advancement course. With the plethora of classes and programs available online and at local colleges, it’s very easy to enhance your skills and advance your career by taking a class or two.
4) Start a goals club. Remember those resolutions you set at the start of the year? How are you doing with that? It’s pretty normal to fall off the wagon, but one way to help motivate your goal fulfillment is discussing them with friends in an organized manner.
